Jesse is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in support of parents and child patients. There have been occasions when a pharmacy cannot fill a medication, she is responsive and will resend to another pharmacy. She is consistently friendly and caring. As a parent navigating this journey, we appreciate her greatly.

For a few years, I have been using the therapy services of Jana Arthur and the Psychiatric services of Jesse Perez. Although, recently I feel Jesse and I weren't a great match. I was able to get my medication refills and paperwork when needed. I wanted to highlight Jana Arthurs professionalism. She has always given me ways to help me deal with my mood disorder. She holds me accountable and provides multiple courses of action for my issues. I give her credit for making me a stronger better person. The building may not be that modern. But, they have a free parking lot and they make up for it in quality of care. I recommend her and this office for your therapy and maybe Psychiatric needs.

I am very pleased with Doctor Glaser. Ever since I started Spravato treatment therapy I am finding it easier to deal with my mental health problems. Thank you so much to Doctor and to all the associates at Wicker Park location ❤️

I feel obliged to write a review after having a friend in a mental health crisis and seeing how poorly rated many mh practitioners & facilities are in Chicago. Dr. Glaser and his associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Glaser always makes me feel as though he genuinely cares about me, which is rare to find in a doctor (I would know, I work with doctors.) I’ve been with him for many years and don’t know who or where I would be without him and his practice. Yeah the building they are in is a little run down and it seems the elevators never work but the compassion of his staff makes it worthwhile.

if you come here do NOT see Jessica Perez. we had a consultation where i described to her an urgent crisis i was dealing with and we both left with follow up tasks to complete before we can meet again/so she can get a better assessment. all she had to do was call my mother (because she wanted to know more about me ?) and she didn’t call her for two months. in these two months i emailed jessica perez multiple times and called the office to keep things moving. like i said, it was an urgent situation and i had expressed that to her many times during our consultation and in my emails. when she finally contacted my mother two months later i asked her what took so long and she said she was “very busy”. that is not a valid excuse for not doing your job, especially when the task is as simple as a phone call. if you are struggling and need a doctor that cares DO NOT see Jessica Perez!

I saw Jesse Perez at this practice. She was very nice, but incredibly disorganized. She was regularly late for appointments, and even missed an appointment because I had to get back to work before she was free. (over 30 minutes late) She then took over a week to respond to my email to reschedule, and said her next appointment was a month out. We were titrating up on a new medication that she warned could have severe side effects, so I feel that missing an appointment and not prioritizing rescheduling was incredibly unprofessional. Jesse Perez is very friendly, but I would not recommend her or this practice. Updating this review after several months: I was unable to get my medical records from Glaser and Associates. First Eric at reception claimed that there were issues with their website that prevented them from responding to patients in a timely manner. Then he claimed they had issues with their email and didn't receive my request. This practice seems overall disorganized and unprofessional.

Syed and staff are wonderful, caring, considerate people

One of the best child psych docs I have ever taken my child to. The staff is very caring. The doctor is attentive and takes his time. Doesn’t rush u off the phone or out the door. Highly recommend. Also Dr. Badar is a good adult psych.

They are really willing to help will keep them in mind when I get off this out of network insurance
