Definitely a great place to go for help staff was very respectful and nurses and doctors were amazing I couldn’t have made it without them
Classes are great
Ashley in 2north is one of the best workers on the unit I was admitted on. she's very sweet & was therapeutic during the groups. she showed me real "tough love." and checked on me everyday even when I got moved to 2S. one of the best & never will forget!!!
nah theses reviews are crazy and true been here before
Hartgrove Hospital is a wonderful place with compassionate and caring staff. I currently have a son who is attending one of their programs. There were 4 staff members that took over 45 minutes to assist him concerning his hesitation to participate. I have never encountered this kind of dedication in this type of setting. If you or a loved one are in need of behavioral health services, please stop by or give them a call! I want to give a special shout out to Ms. Michelle Quijas of the IOP and Mr. Lee. They were outstanding in their approach and dedication in assisting my son today!
I had a very good experience there! The only issue I had was with Lola on the top floor. He grabbing my arm was very inappropriately knowing that state of mind I was in. But shout out to Michale there though! He’s wonderful!
My baby have learn alot from Hartgrove she is a different person, thank so much for the love you give to you're patience.
The nursing staff didn’t do anything correctly they didn’t give me my meds for 3 days . I only met the social worker one time and that was a day before I left the food was hit or miss some days it was good others it wasn’t . They have u wait in your roooms pretty much all day unless food was coming up . My therapist was really nice though . Staff neeeds more training on how to deal with patients and their behaviors. .my dr lowered all the doses of my medication with out telling me . So now I have to go back to my dr to her bump them up again . Do not go here or send your loved ones there if you care about them
As a mother of an 18-year-old dealing with mental health issues, I was anxious and worried about getting the help my son needed. During our first visit, I was pleased with the experience. The intake counselor was attentive, and although I had to bring my son back for a second evaluation, I felt reassured by the support we received. Counselor Ron was very helpful, the staff as well when I called to check on him, and most importantly Michelle is remarkable. She is a tremendous advocate for both youth and adults in this facility; she consistently goes above and beyond for them. Since my son began his journey through intake and outpatient services, Michelle has made a significant impact. It is very important to talk with your children, family members, and friends who may be struggling with mental health issues and encourage them to seek help. I thank God for having people who truly care and go the extra mile. Thank you, Michelle; you are greatly appreciated! Let's work together to be here for our children family and friends!
Nice facility and the staff was very helpful to everyone

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
