I zoom with my nutritionist bi-monthly, so I would recommend you do the same. Not only should you work on your specific dietary requirements, your nutritionist will assist you in daily habits like nutritional knowledge, reading nutritional labels & your overall health requirements such a sleeping habits, exercise and medicinal theory. I cook, and eat with specific goals in mind now. I've changed my dietary needs to compliment my medical & health related goals. I could not be current on my nutrition, medical & health goals without my nutritionists assistance. Cheers, KP. You're the bestest!

I started seeing Jessica a few months ago and it was the best decision I made for mental health. She’s very knowledgeable and patient. Food was controlling every aspect of my life and it was really hard to enjoy food and not worry about my weight or macros. Jessica helped me to see that food is to nourish the body and the importance of focusing on food quality. I now feel amazing and I can’t believe that I have actually stopped tracking.
