Dr. Ara-Honoré is very smart and gets to the bottom of the problem because she listens and asks questions. She narrowed the cause of the awful itching and when I avoided the irritant, the medication worked. Relief at last.

Dr. Ara Honoree is a gem! This was my first time seeing her and she's amazingly knowledgeable and determined to help with my hair loss needs. However, the front desk staff are some of the most unprofessional, sarcastic ladies I've ever met, except the African American young lady that sits in the middle. They do not make patients feel welcomed at all!

De. Honore is great. Works well with patients to get you healthier skin. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and works with you to fix your skin issues.

Staff is not very friendly nor helpful.

Dr. Ara-Honore is amazing. I have been going to her since I was in middle school. However, some of the staff are just plain rude and have no place working at clinic’s office. The lady by the window is very nice and patient, but I am guessing it is the lady in the back that I spoke to twice trying to set up an appointment. First time around she asked for just my name and said I was in collections since many years ago. I was confused. Once she realized that I very much not aware of this, she asked for my date of birth and said I was never in their system. Just plain wrong. The whole time she was just rude and dismissive. After considering whether or not to call back. I did and I’m guessing it was her again but this time she didn’t say anything when she answered the phone, the only way I knew someone answered was because it stopped ringing. I don’t know about you but it is standard procedure to at least say hello when you answer the phone. I just tarted speaking and told her I wanted to set up an appointment. She asked if I was a patient of theirs and decided against recounting my previous experience and just said yes. She was able to pull me up (surprise, but not really). It was months from that time but I took it. The third time I called I’m guessing the lady by the window answered because she was very nice.

As other’s have stated, very unprofessional practice. A md gave me their information. I will certainly let her know not to refer them to anyone else. They do not answer nor do they return phone calls. Voicemail box states that it’s too full. This is what happens when business owners egos get too big, they get sloppy. If you run across a similar situation, this is a sign that you should go elsewhere.

Dr Honoree is amazing. She was able to identify and provide a treatment plan. Been to several dermatologist with no resolve. Highly recommend. Well worth the wait.

Dr. Honore is amazing at what she does. She is professional, thoughtful and super knowledgeable about scalp complications. For many years I've dealt with CCCA alopecia after a long battle with cancer treatment. After meeting with Dr. Honore, I am hopeful my scalp will once again be healthy producing healthy hair growth.

Dr Russo told my husband to rub chemo cream all over his entire face just like it was a lotion. If you have ever used this cream you know it blisters you up and is very painful. All other doctors say only put it on the bad spot, and Do Not let it get on your good skin. Not a fan.
