The dentist was a great help very nice person gave me advice and listen to me.

Came in today for an extraction and I couldn’t be happier. They were able to get me an appointment fast. I entered with so much fear and pain and left with relief! The doctor was amazing- she was gentle, explained everything, and made me feel super comfortable. Would definitely return!

I recently visited this dental clinic and was impressed by the level of care and attention I received. What is the point of making an appointment if they aren't going to honor it? They confirmed my time repeatedly via text and email, only to call me an hour before asking me to come later. It shows a complete lack of respect for their patients' schedules. The front desk staff also has a terrible attitude—talking down to me like I owe them something. I said to cancel my appointment but later the manager called and asked me to come back at original schedule said they will make things up for me. Then I went and wait for another 10 mins and I have to check with the unfriendly front desk staff again before I finally started my appointment. And the appointment was not with the doctor I originally scheduled with. Between the unreliable scheduling and the rude service, I will never step foot in here again. And this is not a single case. Last year when I scheduled an appointment with them and received multiple email confirmation, I went there and was told that they have to reschedule my appointment due to doctor availability. They tried to call me but they got my number wrong, even though they had my email address correctly. In addition, I’ve been there several times and none of my appointments went on time. This time is the last straw to cure my laziness and remind me of finding a new place.

I had an appointment conditional on insurance approval. The place called three times on the day before to confirm my appointment. During my visit (after spending 50 minutes waiting in the chair) I was informed that they had not received the authorization. To add insult to the injury, after wasting my time they offered their service if I pay them on the spot.

Everything excellent about the office. I have been here since many years. New team and best service. Appointments very good. I am Happy.😃

Dr. Stella and the whole staff were very professional and kind. I felt very comfortable and ready for anything. Today I had my root canal tooth removed and fillings also. The key to their success is patience! Patience is what all doctors and patients need when in need of help.

Insisted they gave me a form for my doctor they did not and then they didn’t put a request for procedure in until a month and a half after I was there canceled my appointments not going back

I actually really like it here because everyone is nice and they are skilled with surgeries and cleanings are thorough, but it looks like with the other multiple reviews the wait times can be pretty high. I had an apptmt for a routine cleaning and they weren't able to take me until 30 min later and had to pay 50 dollars to cancel. Most times when I come I feel like I'm there for at least 2 hours. If you schedule an apptmt make sure you are free the whole day. Unfortunately, I can't always stay a couple of hours every time I have a dentist appointment so I have to go elsewhere I'd rather just commute a little longer. I think they need more dentists
