Staff is caring and efficiently. I don't mind having to go for appointments. Office and environment is relaxing
Love it very good service very nice people
Alison Moy did my microneedling treatment and the results were amazing. I struggle with acne scarring and textured skin, and after just one microneedling treatment, I can see an improvement in my scarring and my skin texture is smoother. Alisons bedside manner was really great as well. She made me feel comfortable and well looked after. I will be coming back next month for my next treatment!
Super friendly, clean and I was in and out so fast. Dr. Patel was great 👍
Came for a second opinion. Staff was efficient and helpful. Dr. Patel requested more information from the other doctor to make an evaluation. This made sense to me. Good visit.
I had a skin check with PA Aneta Gil. She made me feel comfortable by explaining the process and what she was seeing. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend.
I highly recommend this dermatology clinic. It has all of the qualities which are important to me. The staff are efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. The office is pleasant and comfortable. The service area is neat and clean. The appointments are timely and you won't have to wait to be met for long periods. Parking is available and the location is close to public transportation. As you can see, I'm thoroughly impressed with the Hyde Park facility.
This was one of the more positive experiences I've had as a patient. It was easy to set up an appointment online and there was plenty of availability even for the next day. The entrance is a bit hidden but the office is very clean and quiet and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. PA Aneta Gil is kind, reassuring, and efficient.
While I have not even been there, the office -probably unbeknownst to Dr. Mandrea- is the pits from the moment of trying to talk to somebody. First, the recorded lie that there is 1 call ahead of you -a forever lasting call, it seems. Then, the tm option: you will get a message "momentarily" -do NOT park yourself waiting for it. THIS is the U. S. (of A.) doctors' offices "experience": it makes you SICK to deal with the nice "healing" offices. EXASPERATING. And quite good for your blood pressure, if yours is high -DISGUSTING; a total turn-off FROM THE VERY GET-GO, even before going to be seen! How many times, reviews and all, you select a doctor as the most desirable, and may be 100% satisfied with him/her, yet decide based on your contact -or even impossibility of it- that you want NO PART OF HIM/HER and their empowered/unsupervised Admin. staff! How many doctors' offices/staff are tantamount to the good doctors' SHOOTING THEMSELVES IN THE FOOT -not to mention some doctors' wonderful "personalities"! "God" Bless "America"... Right? (You have better doctors, by the way, in some "3rd. world" "banana republic" than in the "Número 1"...).
Timely, efficient, staff go beyond basics to be sure everything is discussed and treated. They look out for patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
