If you need help and want to be ignored THIS is the place for you!! Multiple calls after being ghosted! Even after uploading your info and following up is what you get here!! Emails and calls will get you nowhere at Innovative Care!! Waste of time, and energy for subpar care!! Actually care is non existent.... Avoid !!! Zero stars would be given if I could. Do NOT trust these people with your health!!

I highly recommend Innovative Express Care. I was seen by NP Jennifer Boswell and she was absolutely phenomenal. She listened to all of my concerns, is extremely knowledgeable and did a very thorough job. She went above and beyond her duties as NP and I am truly grateful for her.

Place was empty. Plenty of staff. Staff professional. NP friendly but extremely animated. She told me she was going to give me one brace fir my knee and a referral. The nurse hands my daughter a paper,telling her, it is the referral. It was not. When we got home we had a order form for the knee brace she said I was getting. Not busy. Very laid back. I did get a email with order after I called them. I have been to Innovative care, twice now. Would not recommend. In plus side very easy to get appointment.
