Innovative Express Care's Online Review Report Card

Visited for the first time this week on a referral from a co-worker. I have to say, I was very impressed for a express clinic. I walked in and within 10 minuets saw a doctor and was very helpful. Very clean building with up to date technology. I will be going here in the future

I was extremely sick and felt cared for throughout the entire process. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is exactly how you would CHOOSE health care to feel like if you were in charge. - Clean, friendly, warm environment - Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable staff that gets to know YOU and treats you like a person, not just a patient or number to move through the system - Hours that work with your schedule - Wait times of less than 5 minutes - Convenience - everything can be taken care of it one place. I'm so thankful for the care I always receive when I come here. I feel comfortable bringing my three little ones (1,3,5) and for care for mama too.

I had an excellent experience at Innovative Express Care this December. The facilities are beautiful, Dr. Khare is amazing, and the staff is wonderful! It was so convenient, took no time to get checked in and seen, and everybody was so nice and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would definitely come back!

Such good people here; the receptionists, nurse and doctor are phenomenal people with great attitudes! The wait time was very short and the attentiveness unparalleled.

This is the best express care in the city. We've been multiple times, for ailments ranging from ear infections to a split chin, and they're always incredibly quick and professional. We've seen both Dr. Rahul Khare and Dr. Mark Jasper, and love them both.

Dr. Khare and his staff are truly the best out there. I took my 2 year old in to see him, for what has become reoccurring ear infections. From the time we walked through the door, filled out 'paperwork' on an ipad and sat in a patient's room, our total wait time was no more than 5 minutes. The nursing staff is so calm and caring and Dr. Khare listens to all of your concerns. We were able to get meds directly from them, rather than making another trip to Walgreens. This is our 5th or 6th time at Innovative Express Care and we will continue to go to them for everything from an ear infection to primary care needs.

I am extremely happy to have found Innovative Express Care. I believe they are ahead of the curve and their time in the health and wellness space. I look forward to watching them implement new technology/strategies that will not only help shape the future of health but also items that I can implement into my daily routine hopefully helping me become a more healthy adult. This is by far the best place I have found in Chicago. After recently moving, I found it impossible to find a convenient, reliable, and knowledgeable doctor's office, until I found this place. I had a wonderful experience here and will definitely be making this place my go to doctor's office for myself and my family.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very efficient, but also thorough.
