I’ve been going to innovative express care (urgent care) for 5ish years now. It’s always good. No wait times. Most the time they can take care of what I need right there. This time was different. But different in such a good way!!!! I cannot thank dr Lindsey Ashley enough. She was upfront with what needed to be done ( I really needed to go to the ER). I was reluctant bc I was scared going alone to the ER for my first time. I wish I remembered the nurse that helped take my xrays. She was amazing too. Both made me feel like I was going to get better. I finally decide I will go to the ER. The dr told me what to expect and she called over to let them know I was going straight there. Thanks DR. Ashley for being so kind to me but also letting me know what really needed to be done. You’ve set the bar high for urgent care!!!

Best urgent care facility I have ever been to. Everyone was very friendly, considerate, and professional. I made an appointment and had very little wait time which was perfect as I was pretty ill.

The moment you come in the staff are on point very pleasant. The Doctor was amazing explained everything and medications were filled when I was driving home.

Dr. Lindsey and staff were great. They were all very sweet and knowledgeable. Would recommend if you need to visit a doctor on such a short notice, this is your place. Mostly everything was done online so you’re able to skip through physical paperwork and see your doctor.

I was having symptoms that were concerning for strep throat and was turned away from a different urgent care because they were full. I went home and tried to treat it myself, but it got worse. I was able to get a same day appointment at Innovative. Claudia at the front desk, Dr. Nadya and Jessica, RN were great. I was in and out quickly and was able to pick up my prescriptions 15 minutes later at my pharmacy.

Brought in my daughter in because the backs of her earrings become embedded in her earlobe. PA Leslie was amazing. Fast, professional and was able to remove them in no time. Highly recommended. Thanks!!!!
