I came here with a Groupon for IPL. It was my first time doing this and Mila was wonderful. She explained everything thoroughly, and she did a wonderful job! I noticed results after the first session, and even more so after the second session. Not only did my dark spots fade, but my entire face now has a new skin glow. I went back for a third session as I still had some spots remaining from many years of sun damage. I am amazed the results have been this good :)

Very happy to have Jena as my esthetician. She's knowledgeable, caring, and provides excellent service. I've had multiple types of treatments and I trust her with my skin.

I had my second treatment for rosacea today, both times IPL, and both with Jena. The first was in LP, the second was in RN. Both were wonderful experiences. Definitely seeing the results after just the first one! Already scheduled my third treatment.

I've been seeing Jena for IPL to fade my post acne inflammation and spots on my cheeks. I can already tell a difference after 2 treatments. I was breaking out when I came in for my 3rd treatment so Jena was able to work with me and suggested a chemical peel to address my concerns in between IPL treatments. I felt like she really listened to my concerns but also was able to give me her insightful advice which is what I look for when going to med spas! She is really an expert in her field and is so knowledgeable yet so kind and sweet. I will definitely continue coming here. Jena should also get a raise - I will happily continue giving this place my $.

I come here for my laser hair removal and jena does a fantastic job. She listens and is thorough with your concerns. I am seeing progress in a hard areas to laser which is the facial area

I don’t like to leave bad reviews. However I decided that if I could help anyone else it might be worth it. It’s been two years since I went to innovative medspa and am never going back. I went for an IPL to remove some hyperpigmentation. During the process I kept telling her it hurt it was burning hot. Didn’t do anything. I came back home and in 48 hours had burn marks on my forehead. Since then I changed my hairstyle got bangs to cover it and have tried some lightening serums. It’s been two years and is still there but much lighter. My hairdresser asked me when she first saw it why I didn’t complain to the company. However what good would it do? It wouldn’t unburn my burnt skin and I was not interested in any cash payment. All I wanted was this bad dream to go away. After 2 years and since it’s finally lightened up I no longer have to wear hair bangs which is a blessing in itself

I got my mom a Groupon for Christmas for an IPL photo facial, but when she arrived she unfortunately wasn’t a candidate for the treatment. Instead of just turning her away, the team at Innovation was incredibly kind and recommended a ZO peel instead. My mom was really nervous going in since she never gets treatments done, and I live in Arizona so I couldn’t be there with her. Hearing how gentle, patient, and caring everyone was with her truly made my heart so full. I’m so grateful they took the time to guide her and make her feel comfortable. It means a lot knowing she was in such good hands.

This was my first real MedSpa experience and I had so many questions. Jena answered all of them with expertise and listened to all my concerns so I could understand what treatments would help me reach my skincare goals. The hydrafacial was amazing and Jena has gone above and beyond to help me have a great experience.

My experience has been great with Jena. This is my first time getting laser hair removal and she had made me feel very comfortable. She has also been very informative about the process and what to expect after. I have booked 6 more sessions. I highly recommend!
