So satisfying with you all helping me with that neck,shoulders, back it feels so good to have some relief left shoulder and neck still hurts some, but not like it was when I got to the doctor office, drinking plenty of water and moving the neck left to right and up and down not much stiffness now and unless I ty ouch the left side no pain . Hallelujah
