After three years, they corrected my bill and gave me two weeks to pay. When I called the office, they told me it might take them six years to send a correct bill. I would avoid this guy! What kind of compassionate person does this? None Do not risk going to a doctor like this.

The doctor took three years to send a correct bill. When I called the billing person told me it could take up to six years. What a nightmare. Go somewhere else. I wish I did.

Dr. James R. Diesfeld was so uncaring and incompetent that he billed me three years after I had my services. The office said this was normal and they have six years to bill their patients. Avoid this guy at all costs, or it might cost you dearly.

I have not one complaint about Dr. Diesfeld , and his staff. They are all very friendly, and professional. Dr. Diesfeld has a great bed side manner, is super friendly, and explains everything in detail. He also listens, and explains whatever you are not sure of. Excellent experience

AVOID AT ALL COST!! This doctor is all about quantity and not quality. I thought we connected due to his respect for military. Once he found out I was a veteran he Rushed me for a procedure, once complete he never returned a single call. I left messages daily for 4 weeks requesting a call back due to concerns from the procedure. I was told to go to the ER. His staff is beyond rude and Dr Diesfeld could care less about his patients. Don’t worry, if you do go, they will give you a bunch of stuff, not explain any of it and send you a nice bill for it all. I’d highly recommend anyone else!!!
