John Fox's Online Review Report Card

Guy didn't listen to me years ago. Didn't take what I said seriously. Smug, fresh out of med school, crisp new labcoat, thought every case was textbook. Hope he learned to listen to people and send them for a CBC right away. My SEVERE itching turned out to be cancer! Found out, no thanks to him. "You have scabies, take this." Doesn't work. Go back, "you have winter itch." I wanted to smack him. Very dismissive throughout the multiple visits. I insisted this itching was unlike any pain I'd ever felt, intense beyond what I thought possible. Thanks to Dr. Yeung, Dr. V. Thota and Dr. M. Hamadeh, I've been cancer free for over 10 years now and have a family that I otherwise wouldn't have lived to see if my fate was left in the hands of "doctor" John Fox. This was years ago when he was new, practicing in Orland Park. Stage 4 Hodgkin's. Didn't bother to send me for lab, his nurse practitioner did. Really hope this doctor learned to LISTEN TO HIS PATIENTS since then.

What a nice facility and friendly staff. I was seen promptly, and Doctor Fox was so upbeat and thorough. I appreciate the kind attitude and the attention to detail.

I visited the doctor on Wednesday it’s been 5 days they haven’t sent me the medicine at the nearest pharmacy when I asked them they said twice that they will send on the same day but no and my situation is getting worse nor there is a emergency number to contact

Dr. Fox is by far one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. He was so friendly and took his time to explain the issue. He even squeezed me into his busy schedule. Not only that but when I brought my 4 year old son in for his appointment, he made him feel super comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Fox!

Honestly Dr. Fox is the best. He's very warm, very knowledgeable, listens well and is a skilled surgeon. I had a lipoma removed by him a few months ago. Not only did I not feel when he poked me with the needle for local anesthesia, I have absolutely no scar from the procedure. On top of that, he's a pretty young guy so you feel like you are talking to a real person. There's always a wait to get an appointment but I promise it is worth it.

What a great business. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and took time to explain and answer all my questions. Great staff and friendly service!

I feel really lucky to have found Dr. Fox. I recently moved from out of state, so I had to find a new dermatologist, and after trying two other spots, I finally booked an appointment here based on other reviews. Dr. Fox is extremely kind and patient, and talked me through all options of care. He’s never made me feel spoken down to or rushed. I Billing was easy and so was booking an appointment. Highly recommend.

My experience with Dr. Fox was very positive. He is professional, patient, thoughtful and resourceful. I appreciate the way he listened to my concerns and advised me with multiple solutions. My appointment did not feel rushed. He saw me on time. I highly recommend his care.

We got in the next day after falling for an appointment, which was amazing. Dr. Fox was wonderful with my son, diagnosed him easily and started treatments right away. This was a huge stress relief as a parent to have outstanding care for my child. I would highly recommend Dr. Fox.
