Dr. Houston takes his time in explaining everything and actually cares about your child’s well-being. He’s one of the few great doctors in his field.

Dr Houston is the best! He takes his time to answer all of your questions and does not rush you. He's very professional, warm and can break complicated things down so its easy to understand. We felt very comfortable with him and it seemed like he really cared about our son. I would definitely recommend anyone thats hesitant to take their infant anywhere to go see Dr Houston. And the staff and MA's are very friendly, plenty of street parking as well.

My son needed to see a pediatric urologist for a penile adhesion. He was only 6 months at the time and I did a fair amount of research since I wanted a doctor who wouldn't jump to extremes. His staff is friendly and comforting and he was absolutely wonderful. He was gentle and caring when examining my son and explained everything to me in a way that anyone could understand and appreciate. He recommended a steroid cream to help separate the skin. Within 2 weeks of using it I saw the results and because of covid had a follow up teletherapy appointment with Dr. Houston. Again he was patient and reassuring, informed me of follow up care and that if I ever noticed anything or needed his help he would be there for my son. I have interacted with plenty of doctors and hands down he stood out as one of the best.

Dr John Houston is simply an outstanding Urologist. My son has seen several of the urologist over the years and if you are considering which of the Top urologist to see, he is absolutely one of the best. He is extremely intelligent, kind, spends as much time as needed to complete an examine and most importantly; listens to the patient and parents concerns. He is able to connect in an authentic real human way. As a parent you hope your child is seen and heard. Our son left his office with a solid understanding of a plan that would have a resolution and a positive outcome. Dr Houston addressed all of our questions. A Doctor in this field has never spent as much time with us as Dr Houston. I know how important this type of Doctor is and having had the opportunities over the years to work with a few of the urologist , we feel very fortunate to have met Dr John Houston

Dr. Houston is such an amazing doctor! He talked to my son instead of just to me, explaining the procedure and what he should expect. He put us both at ease, and I felt so comfortable with our plan.

Very positive experience with Dr. Houston and his staff. Dr. Houston takes the time to really listen and answer questions. I agree that he is absolutely worth the wait. My daughter's surgery was a success and she continues to thrive to this day and we have him to thank for that.

My son was just 4 months old when he had a 6 hour surgery with Dr Houston to save his left kidney. He is now 11 years old and thriving. It was a scary time but thankful to Dr Houston for what he does.
