Greta service. Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Honestly, all the staff were great. Friendly at the desk when I arrived and the this friendliness continued throughout my visit. The nurse and doctor answered all my questions. They talked me through my procedure. They were skilled, friendly and all around fantastic! I highly recommend them!

I had the privilege of meeting Dr Kaminska for the first time. She is very welcoming and answered all my concerns. The very next day my face started getting better. The staff I met ,Savannah and Sadie , they are very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend Kaminska Dermatology!

I booked an appointment online at the downtown office. They never reached out to confirm either way, despite the form saying they would. I then called 3 times shortly before the appointment, all of which led to no answer. So, I showed up for the appointment, and was told they could not see me for over 2 hours because there was another appointment at that time. I explained that I had called 3 times to confirm and scheduled online, holding up my phone with the information, and that it would be a 5 minute appointment (just needed something refilled), but was told by the two people behind the desk that there was still no way they could see me for over 2 hours. I had already spent a ton of time and paid for parking downtown. NEVER AGAIN!

Just went for a routine body scan. Easy and pleasant experience. The PA was efficient and informative. They even had great music in the waiting room. I can't really imagine a better dermatology experience.

Dr Kaminska is one of none. She helped me w a cyst removal and the procedure was very smooth. Also, she has the best bedside manner. Her team also very impressive. They helped me throughout the healing process. Overall high level experience. Thank you Dr Kaminska!

I appreciate this neighborhood gem of services. I arrived and was seen within 5min of my arrival time. The front staff was pleasant and the in room consultation and assessment was concise yet thorough. I would recommend Kaminska to busy people and all that are nearby or far! Quality service and care.

I'm revising a 1-star review up to 3 stars. I had an extremely tedious experience with their office around a refund. The story goes that I came in for a follow-up visit a few years ago and suddenly I was being assessed for a different charge instead of my typical insurance co-pay for a specialist visit. For the months after, I could not get a detailed bill from Kaminska so I could use my HSA for the charge. Okay, fine, annoying but it is what it is. Almost 2 years later, Kaminska is ready to refund me the $20ish overcharge. Great. They wanted $2 to mail it to me. I elected to come by their office to pick up a check. I show up during business hours and the door is locked. Only after I left a 1-star review did they offer to just send me the refund over Zelle. Why was Zelle not on offer from the start? Just a very frustrating experience that soaked up hours of my time, chasing bills, chasing refunds. It didn't have to be this complicated but here we are. I'll also mention that late 2024 I booked an appointment months in advance because the doctor was unavailable and then had the appointment canceled the week of and no new time was offered. I don't like having to find a new dermatologist but the doctor I had been seeing already moved to a different practice so I guess that's where I'm at now.
