Be Cautious Review: Had a Hydrafacial here and followed all post-facial instructions, but woke up with swelling, redness, and peeling that lasted several days. Staff was apologetic and advised to use hydrocortisone for 5 days and see dr. if no improvement. I wish I had been warned about possible reactions or side effects. I bought the very expensive serum they recommended but now am very leary to use it based on this horrible experience. So a day of self care became a nightmare. Day 5 and I still have symptoms. Beware and ask tons of questions before you proceed here.

Double charged me and over charged me. Billing department not transparent, even in network is "too expensive" staff email unresponsive in processing refund

Dr.Kamiska was the only dermatologist who figured out what was going on with my skin and fixed the issue. She is amazing,exceptional and #1 Dermatologist in my opinion.

This was just overall an uncomfortable experience. I was excited to go to a new dermatologist based on the reviews. The front desk staff was nice, however the doctor and I am assuming medical assistant made me extremely uncomfortable. The medical assistant (male) stayed in the room the entire time, even when the doctor was in the room with me, which just screams potential violation of doctor patient confidentiality. He stood behind her the entire time typing everything. I would prefer to talk to the doctor in private. I’ve never had another person in the room during any of my doctors visits. The second thing was when I was asked if I had acne on my chest or back I said no. I get acne still but just a few spots from my tretinoin and overall bad skin texture on my face. I guess she did not believe me and made me lean over to her so she can look down my shirt front and back, all while the male medical assistant was in the room. On top of it she didn’t provide anything useful aside from an antibiotic topical which I will not be using because why would I disrupt my skin microbiome and build antibiotic resistance? I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Dr. Kaminska and her staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. It was also easy to schedule an appointment. I would highly recommend!
