You truly care about your patients, and for this reason I am truly grateful for you, and your team of assistants that make my visit feel very supportive. Every visit is a better day for me. Unfortunately I lost my commercial health insurance on September 30,2020 and was looking for affordable healthcare. I found PCC Parkside Family Health Center,one of many 13 of THE PCC wellness FAMILY. My first communication was a phone call to discuss my finacial stability which is unstable due to being laid off in MARCH 2020 and currently unemployeed.The Navigator took all of my information and started my PCC WELLNESS ACCOUNT. The next phone call that I recieved was to set up a phone appointment with a PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR.My 3rd. phone call was my actual TELE HEALTH APPOINTMENT. I followed up my appointment with a visit to the facility. The security guard met me at the door and was very friendly and knowlegdeable, a nurse took my temperature and thouroughly ask all COVID-19 related questions. The Ladies at the front desk were friendly,efficient and professional.Dr.LISA Kozinski was very personable and thourough with her questions and my physical went well. The LAB TECHNICAN was great!!! good attitude she ask questions made me feel confortable all will needling me up. The Facility was very well managed and clean . I was very pleased that I could send and recieve messages with the PATIENT PORTAL SYSTEM,you can also request appointments,pay your bill and ask your Doctor questions through The portal system,which is great it cuts down time and is a really effective way to get things done. I had no Idea that I could recieve such great health care at a neighborhood clinic. And Yes my visit was very affordable!!!! Let's say it was less expensive than having A TALL LATTE EVERYDAY AT STARBUCKS!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PCC WELLNESS. I will check out their community programs that they offer. THANKFUL FOR YOUR SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY!!!!!!! P.S PCC WELLNESS OFFERS COVID-19 TESTING ,YOU HAVE TO CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT. THANK YOU PCC WELLNESS.
