Kedzie Dental Clinic's Online Review Report Card

Let’s face it: going to the dentist is never fun, but I felt at ease as soon as I stepped into Kedzie Dental Clinic. Dr. Shaikh and Melissa are absolutely fantastic. I’ve had dentists and hygienists who’ve gone "medieval torture" on me, so I know it takes incredible skill to be gentle, precise, and communicative. They are truly masters of their craft. I wish I found Kedzie Dental Clinic sooner in my life but better late than never. As an added bonus, Melissa gave me a paraffin hand wax and under-eye masks to wear during my procedures, it was such a thoughtful touch!

I took my mom for a teeth cleaning. She turned out to have gum disease. Not only she recovered from bleeding gums and bad breath she feels so confident about herself. They were so nice at kedzie dental they also gave her a spa treatment with paraffin wax and eye mask. Doctor shaikh and Dr. Lysa are GREAT and very well informed.

Very comfortable dentist and respectful and very helpful with payment plan and know what they is doing for your teeth so glad I went to them

⸻ My experience at Kedzie Dental Clinic has been truly exceptional. The dental implant service was carried out smoothly, and every step was explained clearly. Dr. Sheikh and the team provided not only expert treatment but also genuine care and reassurance. I had been suffering from severe tooth pain due to a poorly performed root canal treatment done abroad, and they addressed the issue effectively. I’m extremely thankful for their dedication and highly recommend their services.

If I could give this place 0 stars , I would have that route. My appt was at 4, got called to back at 5. I went to seek help at 5:55 because they were running in and out of patient rooms and no one checked on me at all. We came in for an adjustment on fills in. The dentist came in and couldn't find anything wrong after demanding she do another exam, she goes to say oh the fill in they did on Monday cracked. Unfortunately it is nothing they can do today , because they were closing ! She told me it was because the original dentist needed to it but if that was the case the original dentist should have been the provider not her. Simply put they are lazy and negligent in this place . Would not recommend! They don't care about your time or your health needs. Waited two hours just be told to come back is ridiculous . Got turned away for service because she said it was too late in the day to do the adjustment . Even though her appt across the hall she just finished doing theirs. SMH. Would not take my sick cat to this pace

Dr. Shaikh is hands down the best dentist. She explains every step and makes sure you are comfortable the whole time. I’m so grateful for her kindness and professionalism, truly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! If you are someone who gets nervous before appointment, try this place. The staff is incredibly kind and understanding they handle everything with such remarkable patience. The scheduling is easy, and the prices are affordable. From the moment you walk in you get a spa like treatment, parafin hand treatment, eye mask, a relaxing environment with beautiful smelling essential oils. Always a great experience. I’ve been going here for over 10yrs, the first time was just because it was local but everyone here is so nice and well trained. Doctor Khairunnisa is honestly one of the best, she takes good care of you and communicates your whole plan well. I moved 10miles away and still drive up here and wouldn’t change my clinic for anything. I tried another local Dentist in Pilsen for convenience and came right back after!

Just got my tooth extraction done and they made the experience as painless as possible. The staff is friendly and attentive and these guys really know there craft. Thank you Kedzie Dental Clinic!
