My husband was a patient at this hospital. We found the staff to be very informative when necessary, very kind and attentive. Physical therapy was very effective. Medical team is outstanding and respond quickly.

My brother Leon Is staying here for rehab due to an attack from his son. I choose after researching and it's the best thing I've done in my life. I selecting this location staff is great. Even impress with security staff. My family is very pleased with how clean it is.staff the care giver are e cL

This is the worst hospital ever, they mistreat patients, they hide the call button, so they don't get bothered, they don't pay attention to patients or their families. They don’t answer the, phone the nurses get upset if you call for updates on your loved ones... I do not recomend this place to nobody, do your research before you come here or bringing a love one and don't believe the good reviews they have, I don’t believe those 5 star reviews are legit.

This hospital somehow it only shows the good reviews and hides the bad reviews. There is no way they have 4.5 stars.they should have negative stars. This Hospital is really bad, they are careless, mean, there is no communication between the employees, if you ask a question No one has an answer for you. Patients come here sick and get sicker, it kind of feels like there is no one working here. When my mom arrive at this facility they forgot to give her dinner, the next day they forgot to give her breakfast, they were only giving her the medication WITHOUT WATER, just because my mom called me and told me she was feeling hungry I called them and ask them to feed my mom. The nurses would hide the button for my mom (and other patients too)not to call them. Somehow my mom started loosing her voice, and no one knew why, until we had to call CEO my mom started regaining her voice again!!!! How!?!? Only they know what they were doing to my mom. On her last day at this facility someone turned of her oxygen and my mom would ask for help, the nurse would just leave and turn off the lights on her and walk away, I called to find out what happened and still no one has an answer for me. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE A LOVE ONE HERE TAKE CARE OF THEM, if you have someone coming here please DONT look for a different place, take those extra minutes to find a different place, your putting them here to slowly die. Luckily my mom survived,because we called CEO, and even like that she was not being taking good care. People are mean here no one ever answers the phones and when they do, they scream at you and get mad at you for asking,02/24/2022

Horrible Horrible Place ! My Grandmother Was Staying Here For Her Revelation & Was Mistreated By 2 Nurses Knowing She Was Just Recovering From Covid -19 & Pneumonia They Were Cold Hearted & Washed Her Down With Mouth Was & To Top It Off They Blew Cold Air On Her Back ! During Her Whole Stay There She Experience Nothing But Mis Treatmens People Like Them Should Not Be In The Medical Field Or Anything That Has To Do With People.. Please Do Not Go To This Place Or Think About Sending A Love One Here !
