The best doctor in Chicago! If you have a bad review… it’s you! I love that he always listen. He gives the best medical advice and he’s personable. It’s doesn’t feel like a doctor’s appointment, it feel like I’m talking to my friend. I trust him with my life LITERALLY!

Very competent physician. I feel good when I visit with Dr. Carpenter. I love the way he actually takes the time to spend with his patients and he is actually listening to what you are saying.

The Best doctor I’ve ever had, he made sure to check to every box and figure out what was wrong with me and he assessed me with great care, unfortunately I had to move to a different city and had to change insurance but if there is anyway to get him to be my doctor again I will make sure of it!

I made an appointment on Zocdoc with this office and was given an appointment over 2 weeks from the date I made it. I received 3 confirmations that my appointment was set. Two days before my appointment, I got a call saying my appointment was not set… they didn’t have my info from my insurance. My insurance company provided all the necessary info and they refused to acknowledge it. My appointment was canceled and Dr. Carpenter’s office did nothing to rectify the situation. I am very disappointed with their level of professionalism and follow-up. I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone looking for a new Primary Physician… after waiting over 2 weeks I now have to find a new Physician. They also said they don’t use Zocdoc but they confirmed my appointment ( THREE TIMES ) that I made through Zocdoc …
