It was my first time getting lip filler and I bought 1ml, it being my first time I didn’t want to overdo it but the person doing them said I can save the rest for another few months, so I did, about 2 months later I wanted a touch up after getting used to them and the front desk said I couldn’t, they don’t hold it for that long. For paying about $600 and getting .5ml out of it is insane!! I got ripped off because they messed up on their end telling me the wrong policy and just said sorry they can’t do anything about it……

Laser away made my treatment so easy and approachable! 10/10 will come again!

I bought eight laser hair removal sessions for the whole body, and I have never been happier with my purchase! I have two sessions left, the last of which was three months ago, and I haven't had to shave once. I also purchased hydro facials and clear & brilliant facials and am pleased with both. My skin always feels lighter, cleaner, and brighter after! I would recommend both!

Today was my first ever visit to LaserAway. Having never had any cosmetic procedures before, I was a bit nervous. I got paired with nurse Casandra and her nursing student. I was so pleasantly pleased to have them both as they were so very kind and patient to all my questions and concerns. Casandra completely blew my mind from the very beginning as she showed uncommon professionalism and was extremely kind. I felt so safe after realizing quickly enough about Casandra’s vast amount of knowledge on Xeomin/botox/fillers/microneedling and more! I greatly valued her service and professional opinion. Felt safe throughout the entire experience and left with a huge smile on my face. Amazing service and amazing providers and staff!

I originally came to LaserAway because I wanted to get laser hair removal. I would walk by this location daily, and after seeing a YouTube ad, I finally stopped wasting my time and made an appointment. It has been over two years since I have been coming to LaserAway. Fun fact: they offer more than just laser hair removal! They are on the pulse of what is hot and current in the skincare industry. From Thermage to Potenza, Clear and Brilliant to hydrafacials, you name it, they probably offer it. And call me a sucker, but I will always spend more money on my face than any designer handbag or fancy jewelry. On a daily basis, I get more compliments on my skin than I do on my personal style, and I think that is saying a lot. The whole LaserAway River North team is excellent. Every single person I have interacted with has been kind, knowledgeable and very meticulous. They go above and beyond. But the gold star goes to Megan, who is a superstar. I appreciate that she works with me to decide on what treatments I should do. She takes the time to listen and gets to know her clients' skin types, issues, sensitivities, etc. I will listen to anything and everything she says, because she will never recommend a treatment without having tried it first. This is what I respect most about her. Walk into the River North location and you will see and understand what I mean. Her skin is absolute perfection. It is flawless. Don't be fooled by the name. There is so much more that they have to offer. If you see it on TikTok or IG, I can almost guarantee that they will provide that service. You can thank me later, when you look as good as Megan does.

I've been coming to this location for about 2 years now, and it's great. The staff is wonderful, shout out to Megan who is always knowledgeable about all the promotions and is super accommodating with clients. I also enjoy all of the treatments, especially the hydrofacial, because you WILL see results! I had terrible cystic acne, and with the Clear + Brilliant and Hydrofacial treatments, it's like I have a brand new face. Plus, all of the technicians and nurses are so sweet and make you comfortable during treatments, especially the painful ones.

Love Laser Away and nurse Karen she's the best! Hydrafacial for the win!

It’s very vulnerable for me to share these photos, however it would be remiss to how amazing my experience has been at Laseraway -River North ❤️ From the beginning, the concierge staff to the nurses have been nothing but encouraging through my process. To hear the words “your skin looks amazing” is something I never thought would be possible for me. So thank you LaserAway. My main services were there Clear and Brilliant, Microneeding, as well as Brazilian + Underarm services. Theirs is always such a good deal on service packages that can cater to any specific needs you’re looking for. And to Sarah who was my laser specialist she was paramount to my transformation and deserves all the applause and flowers. I appreciate how comfortable she made this experience for me and her attention to detail. None of this would have been possible without her. Love you very much Sarah 💓
