Shannon and Nurse Natalie are my absolute Dream Team at Laser Away in Bucktown, Shannon always greets me so politely and with welcoming energy, and she always take care of numbing process of my RF Micro and her customers service skills are outstanding. Nurse Natalie makes me feel so comfortable and I am absolutely grateful to have her service me during my RF Micro treatment because it can be extremely uncomfortable but beauty is pain and Natalie understands this so well coaching me through every part. Nick has amazing customer service, he scheduled me for my next appointment and set me up with a treatment that would be beneficial for me, even during difficulties he would not let me leave until we had everything situated. Overall I’m so absolutely grateful for the team at Laser Away in Bucktown never had any bad experiences and look forward to many more great ones .

I bought a Black Friday deal and had a misunderstanding about what my package included. On my first visit, Sophia was so understanding, she helped me upgrade my package and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I'm looking forward to completing my treatments!

My experience at LaserAway Bucktown has been nothing short of amazing. So much so that I drive all the way from the NW suburbs to this location. I was so nervous about starting laser hair removal after sugaring for 8+ years but I’m so glad I did. I’m on my 6th out of 8 laser sessions and Nastasia has been a gem throughout my entire experience so far. She is so knowledgeable, personable and attentive. Also, Shannon and Nick are always so warm and welcoming when I arrive. I’m kind of sad that we’re almost finished but so glad this is where I decided to step out of my comfort zone!

By far one of the best establishments I’ve been too, very friendly and clean and welcoming. I went in looking for some information on tattoo removals last week and I was greeted by Nastasia who was very very welcoming and professional. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with all the information provided and made the visit and my decision to choose LaserAway to get all of my laser removal done! Kudos to Nastasia for her great customer service

I’ve had three laser hair removal sessions here with Nastasia, and it’s been awesome. First off, everyone here is super friendly and welcoming, from the front desk staff to the technicians. Second, they really make sure you’re comfortable during the whole process. Nastasia is amazing—super professional but also really kind and easy to talk to. She explains what she’s doing, which is super reassuring since I’m getting my face done and can’t see anything with the goggles on. She adjusts the cold air and laser to what feels good for me, works quickly, and gives me a soothing formula to use after. And finally, the results are totally worth it. The sessions are so quick, and I noticed less hair growth even after the first session. Everyone’s different, but for me, the next round of hair didn’t really come back until right before my third session. Overall, I’m so happy I decided to come here!
