Complete scam, do not recommend. They broke my glasses frames while they were in their care and refused to replace them, offering only a small discount instead. I was pushed to send my glasses out for lens replacement through insurance because it would be "faster," but I ended up without my glasses for two months and now they're broken. Terrible customer service and zero accountability. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

My fiancée went in for a same-day emergency eye appointment and got in and out in less than 30 minutes with a prescription. The office was also able to provide her next day glasses with a fair expedited price. The staff was all very helpful and we had a great experience here.
