So far we have very much liked our 2 experiences at LP Podiatry. The office is modern, clean, efficient. Staff and Dr. Williams are very friendly and kind while treating my daughter. When the treatment works I'll give them 5 stars!

This is a late review, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Dr. Williams at Lincoln Podiatry. I came in in May 2021 for an ingrown toenail procedure. I had an ingrown big toenail that game me mild discomfort and was told that I could undergo a simple procedure to cut the ingrown out of the side of my toe, then have a chemical applied so that it wouldn’t grow into the skin anymore. What I ended up with is a deformed big toenail that I now have to use a special gel to reconstruct. I followed up a significant time later on the results and was told that I needed to give the nail time to grow out without filing, reconstructing, etc. I have not touched the toenail at all in over a year, and this is how it looks today, almost five years later. Permanently deformed with about 10% of the side of my toenail missing and slanted. I included a photo of both big toenails to compare the appearance. I’m obviously very disappointed about the outcome and deeply regret getting this procedure done here. I was not informed about this risk beforehand.

Had my first visit for a toe procedure, let me tell you, it hurt like hell in the moment, but a week later, it’s healing up beautifully. Dr. Williams was honest, listened to my concerns, and got straight to the point, no runaround, just real care. The entire office runs like a well-oiled machine; everyone jumps in to help and keeps things moving smoothly. The facility itself is spotless and actually feels welcoming. I’m already scheduled to get my second toe done in a few days. If you want a podiatrist with real bedside manner and a staff that’s all hands on deck, this is your spot.

My first time visiting this place and even going to a podiatrist and my experience was nothing short of AMAZING! They were very courteous, pleasant, welcoming and warm — not to mention they answered all of my questions. I can't recommend them enough! If you happen to have any kind of foot issue and need professionals that are reliable and proficient at what they do COME HERE. They also have incredible bedside manner. When I tell you I was SMILING OUT THE DOOR! Awesome experience.

Dr. Williams is great. He explained what my options are very professionaly. Previous podiatrist I will not name here barely looked at my toes and immediately said I have to have surgery. Dr. Williams examined my toes and gave me few options to try and possibly no surgery needed. Great doctor I would highly recommend.

Dr Williams is the best podiatrist i have met. I had bad experiences with two others before finding Lincoln Park Podiatry. The office staff is friendly and professional. The space is very clean and calm. I suffer from EDS, which causes resistance to pain medication and healing to take twice as long. The doctor is very patient every time to let my foot become numb before surgery. He explains everything that he is doing and why, and makes me feel at ease. I highly recommend them for any foot issues you have.
