Loft Health's Online Review Report Card

I came across James and the Health Loft through ClassPass kind of on a whim, and I'm really glad I did.We worked on neck and hip issues that had been bothering me for years and that I had pretty much resigned myself to living with.But between the hands-on care and the exercises he recommended I do at home, I started feeling better and having more mobility almost right away. (And it's been almost six months and I still feel great / haven't had the stiffness come back.)James is good to talk to and offers helpful explanations at every step of the process. The office is pretty big and very clean and comfortable, and it's easy to get to off any of the trains. Given my positive experiences, I've recommended him to friends.

James Caginalp is a very capable PT. He has helped me with sciatica, tendonitis, and shoulder impingement issues. He is quite knowledgeable and he is excellent at adapting to the goals, concerns and limitations of his clients. I have referred friends, and he has significantly helped my wife as well. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending him.

Had some shoulder issues and a broken foot and James worked magic on me! So grateful for the tailored care I received and I have even referred friends to James with neck issues and they have been able to return to exercising and normal activities without pain. Will continue to recommend to friends and family! :)

I had three sessions with Dr. Caginalp to address neck and shoulder pain; I left each session feeling much improved, and I now feel well equipped to correct the issues that led to the problem. Dr. Caginalp is easy to talk to and a great listener; I'd strongly recommend this office for anyone seeking physical therapy in the area.

Before I met James, I was desperate to do anything to help me be able to walk. I was struggling to move back and forth in my own house. And I tried to join fitness classes but they left me in extreme pain afterwards. I even did physical therapy before at another place where I was getting massages during my session but I was still in pain all the time.James helped me learn that I actually needed to build and strengthen my muscles to help my back. There was a moment during a session when James showed me a move to help relieve the pain on my back. When I did it and the pain dissolved, and I literally cried from joy.Within the next few months, I was not only able to walk again but I was shopping, riding bikes, going to the beach and enjoying all the activities I missed out on due to the pain I had. I've been seeing James for pt since my car accident in jan. It's been a slow but positive experience and with consistency seeing him 2x a week I feel I have a great improvement . James is also very friendly and the atmosphere is clean.
