I have not been a patient at Loop Medical Center since the middle of 2021. I have been receiving calls and texts from this office in spite of numerous requests to stop receiving calls and text. A year and a half and they #won't stop the automated calls and text. This morning I called them after I texted STOP to a text received this morning. A few minutes later the automated calls started from them. I received a call after texting them to stop and 2 more calls after telling them to stop calling. I was right for quitting their services as some of them were very unprofessional and rude with bad attitudes. I applied block call to their number after the last automated call.

Do not go here for covid tests. It is extremely unofficial. I see in all the reviews people like how fast it is... it is fast because it is not thorough. I have been tested many times and this place does not follow any of the procedures. They also offered to designate the type of test I did as a different type. I do not trust I will get an accurate result

I have been coming here to do my Covid tests for two years now and was always met with phenomenal service. I recently hired Loop Medical Center to test my guests for Covid PCR prior to my event and on-site rapid testing and I loved how easy and organised the experience was. I definitely recommend Loop Medical Center for Covid testing and vaccines.

Needed a COVID PCR test today after a close contact over the weekend was diagnosed with COVID. I'm vaccinated, without symptoms and was dreading having to deal with the process, having been tested three times before at a local hospital. Made an appointment the same morning for 2 hours later at Loop Medical in Streeterville through a very user-friendly website and was taken immediately when I arrived, in and out in 10 minutes. No referral needed which usually isn't the case at hospitals. Test was self-administered user direct guidance. Had my negative result same day within 10 hours through the patient portal. Loop Medical was incredibly easy, convenient, less discomfort and their processes, systems and people were outstanding. Great experience that made a stressful situation stress-free

Super Professional Safe Welcoming and Simple. Me and my sister did our fit to fly PCR tests in a clean safe and organized environment. Two of us were pleased and will only go back to this clinic in future. Thank you to the Doctor and staff for providing such a good service and a fantastic customer service experience as well!

Dr. Nidal Elbaridi has been my doctor now for over 4 years. I first met him when he was at Mercy Hospital concerning back issues. He's since started Loop Medical Clinic. He's still treating me and has applied wonderful up to date procedure concerning my back. I Praise God for him and his attentive staff. He's the Best. I highly recommend Loop Medical Center.
