I took my 4 year old son here on 5/6 and it was the worst experience ever! Dr Lisa Guzman is by far the worst dentist here. She is very uncompassionate and unprofessional. She did not have any sympathy or empathy for her patient. She did not want to do any minor procedure in office and kept insisting on general anesthesia. She seemed very hesitant and scared. I do not recommend being her patient

We recently moved and it took me two hours to get there. I was a couple seconds past the grace period time, they wouldn’t see her.

I have be going to Laurie for My kids for years My oldest is 33 now and my youngest is now 14 they do excellent work and care for them very well My children have had all kinds of work done here even out patient surgery were they put them under and do the work and they go home the same day for me there the best 👌 of the best

My 5 year old daughter had tooth extraction performed today at Lurie Childrens Hospital by an amazing doctor Lauren Ming! She went above and beyond to make this procedure go as smooth and painless as possible! She had called us ahead to make sure we are answered all the questios we might have. She advised what we can do before going to the appointment and what should we bring with us to make our daughter comfortable. She was the sweetest, kindest and most loving to our child. She had spent as much time as it was needed to make her feel safe and not scared. The whole procedure was quick and smooth. Our daughtet did not feel any pain, and was staying still, and with an eye blink it was over. Later our doctor guided us what to do at home, explained all further steps and made sure we are ready to go home. I couldn't imagine it go any better. I am so gratefull for all that Dr. Ming did for us. You are an amazing professional! Truly dedicated to what you do! Thank you!!!
