I’ve been getting laser hair removal here, cannot recommend it enough! The results have been amazing, and the process has been completely painless! The team at Luxura is incredibly welcoming and kind, I’ve never felt uncomfortable during my sessions. Therese is great! She’s always checking in during each session to make sure you’re doing okay, and ensures you’re getting the best results. If you’re contemplating doing laser hair removal, this is the place to go for it!

I love that I’ve found my new med spa home ❤️ Therese is wonderful and makes me feel heard. She’s honest and personally invested in making sure I achieve the results I desire. I love and appreciate that she doesn’t just slap on a quick fix to my problem areas but instead looks at me as a whole so that she can recommend something that’s both effective and natural looking. Shoutout to Yuma for all she does to coordinate my appointments and make me feel comfortable as well!

I came in to get Botox on my forehead area. After waiting the 2 weeks I was distressed when the right side of my forehead still had Full Movement. When I reached out for the 2 week check in, I sent photos and explained my dissatisfaction they stopped responding 🙁 I came in for the discounted special they were offering on Botox and still walked away paying $400 The previous time I got botox at a different location I only spent $200 (full price, no discount) and the procedure did everything I wanted it to on my forehead area. They used far less units and did a spectacular job, so I know it’s possible. I’m incredibly upset over this experience, I spent a lot of money for a small area on my face and only half of the area was affected. Then they decided to ignore me after I explained dissatisfaction at the 2 week check in. I was hoping that after the check in there would be some conversation on how to rectify the situation but there was not.
