The nurse practitioners and staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to patient care. Their professionalism and warmth have created an ideal environment for both healing and learning. Luxury Psychiatry stands out for its dedication to excellence in mental health care and its supportive, patient-centered approach.

She is a phenomenal nurse practitioner, compassionate, patient, and incredibly intuitive. As a Veteran I cannot be more happy with services provided at Luxury. By far the most accommodating and accessible practitioners I have ever dealt with. In the contemporary climate within the MH arena it is impossible to get in touch with a practitioner and services are lackluster - I’ve been to a few. Luxury is the complete opposite and really makes things easy when you aren’t in a healthy place. I have worked with Yuliya the most. She is simply the best and has gone above and beyond for me numerous times. You simply cannot fake that. Would recommend to anyone who is playing whac-a-mole trying to find a thoughtful and invested provider.

Today I had the opportunity to stop by this Luxurious Clinic in Fulton Market for new business, and I was greeted from the most warm and welcoming staff. The team also gave me a tour, and I was very impressed with the services they offer, and the hands on therapies that takes place inside of the clinic. The greatest part was the relaxing energy you feel when walking into the spaces. I had the opportunity to speak with one of the therapist, and she was very insightful, and informative about the clinic practices, and I left feeling great my new business to come. Thank you all!!

HORRENDOUS PROVIDER, DO NOT USE I was a patient of Luxury Psychiatry for many years but had to move to a new provider after multiple mistakes related to my file, appointment booking and billing. Some of those mistakes include filing claims under the wrong insurance policy, mistakenly charging my card for balances already paid and not providing clarity on the type of appointment being scheduled (virtual or in-person) And then after moving to my new provider, I had to go back and forth with their billing team for three months to get them to release my medical records. After multiple follow-up attempts, they would then just ignore my phone calls and emails. BEWARE of this provider, they do not value your patient provider confidentiality, have no regard for patient rights and will not make any effort to correct mistakes they’ve made.

Angela is an outstanding psychiatric nurse practitioner who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. From the very first visit, she created a safe, welcoming space where I felt heard and understood. Her compassion, deep knowledge, and commitment to patient care are evident in every interaction. She takes the time to listen, thoroughly explains treatment options, and ensures that I feel comfortable with every step of my mental health journey. Thanks to Angela, I’ve experienced real progress and feel more in control of my well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional.
