Was very displeased with my entire experience at this office. Went in for a standard annual check-up along with blood lab work. The annual check-up felt like they were trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I was informed very clearly by both the doctor and nurse assisting me that they would only call me in for a follow-up appointment if they saw abnormal levels in my blood, and that it would be a FREE follow-up appointment. They then called and told me that I had abnormal levels that required a follow-up appointment, so we scheduled the FREE appointment. At the appointment, the resident doctor told me that, actually, all my levels were normal and there is nothing to really talk about or do. Later on I received a hefty charge for the pointless appointment that I was told would be free. I've followed up for months now trying to resolve this and the staff have been unhelpful. One of the staff members was assisting me and let me know they were working on it. A month later I find out she is not even at the office anymore and no one is working on resolving our problem. Calling for assistance on this has been a nightmare as well. Lots of phone tag and emails with no resolution. The quality of service, integrity, and organization of the office is highly lacking.

It has been almost a year since they charged us for a service they didn’t provide. We have spoken with multiple billing people who aren’t able to provide details about our bill. How long do we have to wait to get answers??? I am tired of calling you. Very fraudulent doctor’s office. Never called me after my blood work to give me details about my health. My husband went to follow up about his blood work and it was with a different doctor. Just a whole mess…

The front desk staff was great, very friendly and helpful. I was seen almost immediately after I checked in. The nurse practitioner that saw me was very nice and knowledgeable. I got the referral for a specialist I needed as well as a prescription refill I needed. The office was clean and well light. Additionally, it's in a great location for me personally.
