Unfortunately had an emergency the day of the appointment, cancelled through ZocDoc and was still charged $175 for no-show and sent to collections. Seems they were eager to take the no-show fee when I called, but did not even offer a potential new appointment time. The doctor, as per the reviews, may be good for others who have seen them, unfortunately Esreal who works as the admin does not glean that same level of service. If you need an office who is flexible because life happens, this is not the place for you.
I scheduled an appointment and when I couldn’t make it due to my boss telling me I was not allowed to go. I explained this to them so I don’t get a charge for canceling last minute, they didn’t care the least and now I have to pay a lot money for something that was not my fault.
Guy is a fraud who just cares about money. He refused to check out a mole or look at me in depth. He was also not a good guy. Rude, curt, and just a loser. He is like airport food - good location but no incentive to provide a good product. Shameful guy
We had our first appointment this afternoon for my daughter. He was amazing!
I’ve gone to Dr. MD a few times to have my skin issues resolved and he has always been able to give me the results I was looking for. Based on the comments below, I do agree that he is on the stricter side with his cancellation policy. However, I was 15 min late to my last appointment and he did still see me. I’ve had a positive experience going to him.
Dr was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend! Easy to get appointment and no wait time. Walked in and out in 15 minutes
I have been going to Dr Martinez for several years and always great care. Takes the time and very proficient in many procedures! Staff if great too!
Late fee is ridiculous, currently there is no staff to answer the phone so you can timely cancel.
This place offers great services, including acne treatments that keep my skin so fresh. I won’t go anywhere else.
Like many others have said, this place is a scam. Dr. Martinez-Diaz did not give me the time of day, was 40+ minutes late to every appointment, and charges no show fees of $175 even when I called to cancel in advance. When I disputed the charge, he said I “didn’t need the money anyways because I work in finance” which I don’t, and then proceeded to call me extremely unprofessional things. Do not be misled by the positive reviews thinking you will get good service. You will not be treated by a professional, but a manchild who has to resort to making most of his money by charging fraudulent cancellation fees. Frankly embarrassing and sad. I have reported this place to my insurance. To top it off, the treatment plan he gave me didn’t work and left horrible side effects!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
