Mag Mile Foot & Ankle Institute's Online Review Report Card

The staff is excellent, Dr. Hussein is great, and my experience has been very good with everything. I have had surgery twice and am going to have another surgery soon. I work in mental health care and try to provide good care, and I can see when my health care professionals are going the extra mile to give you the best care possible.

The office staff and medical assistants are super nice. But I saw one of the podiatrists there, Dr. Hussain, and he was a complete jerk. Won't be going back.

Met with Dr. Kahn 7/6/22. The exam was incomplete & hurried, yet he had the audacity to charge $215 & bill me $24.36. I called Rosa who was rude & ignorant refusing further discussion. I am still waiting for her manager to call which speaks volumes about your patient servicing. Your marketing is not in-sync with actual behaviors which were evident by my interaction with Rosa. What I see is what I get, which is nothing . Actions speak louder than words. The fact that you didn't identify yourself when writing your response is a testament to your arrogance & lack of professionalism. You're so preoccupied about being "right" that it has clouded your judgement & reasoning. I made a big mistake in choosing your office. Never again.

Need to start by saying that I have used this practice for years. Entirely satisfied until I had to have bunion surgery. Came in for a consult and X-ray. Charged, of course. After 7 phone calls finally gave up trying to schedule the surgery. Told by the scheduler that she would call the next day. Stayed home all day and of course no call. Trying to plan this surgery around travel schedules and had to give up and switch practices. My appointment was 6 weeks ago and still no call back.

Cannot say enough good things about the Mag Mile Foot & Ankle team - particularly Dr. Khan. The staff is incredible, with quite possibly the best and friendliest receptionist/assistant ever, Oksana. Always greeted with a warm welcome when coming in and expediently taken back to get the appointment started. Dr. Khan is very personable with excellent bedside manner and really takes the time to understand your specific injury and also educate you on your injury while you're there. He clearly explains the recommended course of action, remembers you any time you come back for a follow-up, and continues to track your progress and update your recovery plan as needed to ensure you get back to 100%. I cannot recommend Dr. Khan and his staff highly enough.

Very courteous staff and my appointment was given the same day that I requested one. Waiting area, office space and treatment rooms are very clean and the entire office is colorful. No drab beiges and grays! AND, the important part is the DPM, of course. Dr. Hussain was professional and provided explanation and education on my diagnosis. Having spent many years as a healthcare professional myself, I believe that I am able to a provide solid evaluation of care. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Hussain.

I saw Dr. Khan who has very pleasant bedside manner. Was able to explain my condition clearly and gave me all kinds of treatment options without being pushy. Very knowledgeable and put me at ease, thanks for the help doc

This is a very friendly office to visit which immediately make sure experience a very pleasant one. And this goes down the line from the doctor to his assistant to the receptionist who greet you when you enter the office. I see Dr. Kun who is a very carrying podiatrist and concerned about your health and well-being. He is very good at answering any questions you might have. His assistant will generally help me put my shoes back on which can be troublesome for me. When you are finished with the doctor either this assistant or the receptionist will schedule your next appointment if needed and then you were on the way. The bathrooms are down the hall from the office and are very modern and clean. The office is accessible by public transportation which I use. I highly recommend this practice.

I can’t say enough positive things about this office. The woman working at the front desk was incredibly friendly and warm. She also was kind enough to help me before my X-rays and to put on my boot. Dr. Hussein was incredible. He was so helpful and willing to listen to the issues I’ve been having, and was also very clearly extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I am really glad I came here and would recommend it to anybody
