Dr Omiotek’s receptionists are rude and unprofessional. They need to be trained the proper telephone etiquette. Very bad service and won’t recommend.

The worst experience!! Almost impossible to schedule an appointment or get the results. Calls are dropped and are unanswered. Wait time was over an hour. Receptionists and nurse are very rude and unprofessional!! Awful experience on multiple occasions. Not coming back, and don't recommend to anyone.

Horrible front desk! Almost impossible to schedule an appointment or get result from a doctor. Calls are being unanswered and dropped. Wait time is more than an hour. Receptionists and the nurse are just rude. Not coming back!

Expect long long waiting, I had an appointment and waited for at least 45 minutes, then when I asked when I will be seen, they did not know???? I was really upset, but couldn’t do anything, I wasted my time and I was really frustrated

Worst clinic experience ever. Everytime I go, i wait 45-60 min past appointment time in waiting room. Prescription refill requests take weeks sometimes. Had a sleep study that she ordered yet never filled out the authorization form, so got to study and they woudn't perform. Worst primary care doctor i've ever dealt with! Staff is very rude and short.

First of all she is a very good DR and very concerned and non judge mental and she knows shat she is doing very friendly and definitely not prejudice known her a while and she has been awesome with me Lisa D

Been trying to reach this office all Morning to schedule a patient for a pre-op STAT. Office sucks at answering the phone. I called again and someone answered then hung up on me. What kind of office is this?. At least have an answering service stating that the office is closed or on lunch. Very unprofessional!!

It is nearly impossible to reach their offices by telephone. Calls go unanswered, or remain on hold for up to 20 minutes, or get dropped...repeatedly.
