In our experience, Dr. Kreiter does not communicate well with patients. It took a month from the time my son had various tests performed before we were able to reach a nurse to discuss the results. Dr. Kreiter never explained the testing being done and we never heard from her regarding his results. We received only a voicemail from a nurse saying that everything was "normal." We went to another doctor for a second opinion who immediately provided a diagnosis missed by Dr. Kreiter. My son would have had to wait at least another 8 months before seing Dr. Kreiter again for his next check-up, at which point I still do not know if she would have provided the correct diagnosis. Now, because we have switched doctors, my son will receive the treatment he needs. I'm sure she is just busy and stressed--in our case I think she had made up her mind that nothing was wrong with my son and refused to really consider any data to the contrary. At any rate, I would not recommend her.

I paid with insurance and a copay. I looked on line after my appointment,because it was an odd experience. I am amazed that the above review is exactly how I felt. I agree completely with the review. Why my doctor recommended this MD and I paid money for this is beyond me? I can tolerate any doctor, if they are knowledgeable. The communication was so poor I have no idea if this MD is knowledgable.

Dr. Kreiter is scary and unapproachable. I am a former patient. She is very smart, but doesn't communicate very well. Every time I went to see her, I was shaking, and I was nervous for days in advance. During the exam, she never once told me what she was doing and why. She traumatized me, and I am SO happy I switched. She generally made me feel pretty bad about myself, and I feel SO much better now that I switched doctors. She is pretty stressed out. If you call with a question/concern, it takes a week for her office to call her back! Most of the time, it's a nurse calling you back, not even the doctor herself. Dr. Kreiter is pretty insensitive and unempathic. Do not go to this doctor!
