Every time I come here they deny me service. Last time I needed stitches they denied me because I had Medicaid meridian. This time I brought my baby and they denied him because I did not bring the physical insurance card but o had all information on his my chart. She claimed they couldn’t look up his information with just the id number. Then how do they verify Medicaid insurance? As someone who is an office manager at a medical clinic, I’m appalled by how they constantly do not want to service people. Edit: LOL they just made that up I didn’t need stitches at all. Just antibiotics, but you guys still refused me for a consultation. Anyway, go to physicians immediate care instead, they actually want to service people and will not deny you. If you can’t find your insurance card, they will accept just the id number, date of birth, name and even social security. DO BETTER NEXT TIME. YOUR OFFICE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY STOP BEING LAZY.
