Admin and back office function is horrible and unorganized. Makes you book appointments just to charge insurance when not needed for basic non opioid refills. I have a small balance and have been calling for 3 weeks and leaving messages to pay and not receiving any return calls.

Dr Murtaza and Dr. Jessica are straight forward, compassionate and highly skilled in pain management. Both my husband and I were patients for several years at Metropolitan Institute of Pain and Telehealth. They care at this facility and provide the best service to all patients. Highly recommended!

Dr Murtaza, Best Dr for chronic pain I’ve had by far. The staff really cares about the patients and go the extra mile to accommodate. I see Dr Shoeb for ketamine to treat depression and I am super happy to report these-treatments work. I haven’t suffered from depression for over a year. It’s such a gift Love MIOP

Dr. Shoeb Mohiuddin diagnosed me very quickly and helped treat me just as quickly. He explained everything to me thoroughly and made sure I was on board with the gameplan. He answered all of my questions without hesitataion and without making me feel like I was wasting his time (an experience I have had before with another physician). As a student doctor, he is a good role model. I would recommend him to everyone!

The Drs at MIOP are so good. The back problem I has been treated by Dr Murtaza for 5years now and he's the BEST Dr Shoeb treats me for depression with ketamine infusions and I am basically depression free for the first time in my life It's a great feeling
