I did my research before coming here and I can definitely say they exceeded my expectations as far as the exam for my Fiancée and I. I specifically made sure we’d both have the same doctor(I will update with her name later) with back to back exams because we also have an infant with us and they were super accommodating and the staff was all pretty nice, I’ll be back to pick up my new frames soon with an update!

I am a 63-year-old female Already frustrated because I got lost coming to this facility and then when I spoke with someone at the front desk, I think I agitated them even more, but in the process of all this agitation, they had awaiting patient with me and then the doctor saw me and she was very kind, very professional and after I calm down, it was a great experience. I thanked them for knowing how to communicate with and older off balance customers, I gave a four star because there’s always room for improvement. Thank you, Miami optical for such great service and patience
