Horrible communication and administration. I saw Dr. Drake for a routine visit, she was wonderful. However after seeing her to I was to follow up with an IUD and a second vaccine. After leaving the appointment I scheduled both right there as a I was told to do. A nurse runs out saying I need to get blood done. (I had already done it) she was confused. After having to book 2 months out for my IUD they call me day of saying the proper paperwork was never finished for insurance approval so I would be financially obligated and there were no notes on what kind was discussed. The next day I go for my follow up vaccine and was turned away because it hadn’t been enough time in between even though they scheduled it for me. Why would they let me schedule? How should I know when they simply said go out and schedule your second one. Do they not have notes on what I got? Said it’s not their job but mine to schedule according and know how long in between as well as the code for specific types to relay to my insurance. Said admin aren’t clinical and don’t need to know any of this. Beyond frustrating.

Dr. Michele Bailey is very through for my exams and is a very good listener. I feel very secure with her as my Doctor.She also suggest good referrals for other Doctors if needed for special needs.She is professional, compassionate, kind and lovely!

I can't express enough how much I value Dr. Bailey's care for me through the years. She takes so much time to understand any concerns I might have and gives helpful advice to keep me healthy. She has been a wonderful advocate for my healthcare. Honestly, I can't say enough about the care she consistently has given me.

Dr. Bailey is great! Before becoming her patient I changed primary care dr.'s several times due to poor dr. - patient interactions. Dr. Bailey always is very caring, listens to what I say & includes me in decisions. I'm very happy with her care.

This was my initial new patient visit with Dr. Bailey and she made me so comfortable and I am so glad I decided to make her my primary care doctor.

There must be a reason it is so hard to get onto Dr. Bailey's schedule and that is because she is excellent. She listens to your concerns and proposed solutions to empower you to make decisions. She is very empathetic and shows she cares. She also makes sure you know that you can reach out to her for any concerns, if not in person but also over mychart.

Dr Bailey was very thorough and listened to what I had to say.
