Everyone here is so kind. They truly go above and beyond making sure every patient feels supported. I was given great recommendations and even provided with a granola bar. This is definitely my immediate care of choice 10/10

Online booking is an easy step, the process of paying was a little bit of a problem. However, staff are friendly, considerate patient care. I didn't get the technicians name clearly, but she was efficient in explaining what to expect from EKG test. Customer care was very nice, she asked if I could use a water and brought a bottle. Vita the technician that did my blood draw was perfect in her aim and didn't cause any pain or bruising. Elliot whom I was having the visit with as a follow up to my online appointment, listened to my issue and is referring me to a Primary. She may be able to help in resolving the cause of the itching that I been experiencing from possible allergies or another underlying problem.

I love the atmosphere, doctor's and staff!

It was weird to find because I did not see anywhere that said it's on the 16th floor. We're staying nearby during our vacation and my daughter got sick. She was feverish and she wasn't feeling well enough to travel far. So we wandered around a bit trying to find the place. Once there it was great. Staff was friendly and we didn't wait long having done an appointment online. A script was called into the cvs pharmacy across the street and we got taken care of pretty quickly.

After putting it off for far too long, I finally established care with a primary care provider after living in Chicago for nearly five years, and I'm glad I chose Nathan Jent, PA-C, and the team at Michigan Avenue Primary Care. From the time I walked in, everyone was friendly and personable, - making the visit feel comfortable and efficient. Since this was my annual checkup and first visit with the practice, Nathan took the time to get to know me, review my health history, answer my questions, and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed. The nurse was wonderful, and Jackie, the phlebotomist, made what can be an uncomfortable part of a doctor's visit feel stress-free, with a few laughs along the way. Overall, it was a great experience. I left feeling informed, comfortable with the plan moving forward, and would absolutely recommend Nathan Jent, PA-C, and the team at Michigan Avenue Primary Care.

Got in fairly quickly for immediate care. Had a good treatment plan and medicine was sent quickly to the pharmacy.

Dr. Rado was very kind and attentive. He is a great doctor who carefully checks on his patient's conditons and provides good care.

I’m glad I went here after reading the reviews for other Streeterville urgent cares. The front desk staff, nurse, PA, and radiologist I encountered were all very friendly, professional and had great bedside manner. I came in right when they opened for a sprained ankle and moved through the process without any upsetting delays or waiting. In and out in about 90 minutes for sprain requiring X-rays. As I left I did notice a very packed waiting room with someone asking the receptionist how much longer the wait would be.

Huge thanks to Nathan, his nurse, and the wonderful front desk staff for such a smooth visit! The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and provided a good estimate for my wait time, which made the whole process feel seamless and meant I was seen almost right away. Once in the back, Nathan and his nurse were both so patient and thorough with my care. They never made me feel rushed and really took the time to listen. A genuinely great team from start to finish.
