List of MIdwest Express Clinic's Reviews
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Midwest Express Clinic and staff member Dominique. I was seen twice within one week for the same symptoms, and laboratory testing was ordered and submitted. After my second visit, my symptoms worsened significantly. I began passing large amounts of blood in my stool and became increasingly dizzy. I called the clinic with one simple question: could I please speak with a provider or nurse to determine whether I needed to go to the emergency room? or what next steps would be? Instead of taking my concerns seriously, the receptionist at Logan refused to allow me to speak with anyone. She did not ask for my information, did not offer to take a message, and did not even offer to have a nurse or provider call me back. She just said I'd have to pay to come back in. My concerns were dismissed without any clinical assessment or attempt to facilitate appropriate follow-up. As an established patient with pending laboratory work, it is entirely reasonable to expect access to clinical staff for urgent questions related to worsening symptoms. Being denied even the opportunity to leave a message is unacceptable and demonstrates a troubling lack of empathy and patient-centered care. That's when I called the initial location I went to - this one. Dominque placed me on hold for 45 minutes without telling me what she was doing. I got to the ER before anyone even picked up to give me an update on why I was still holding. I hung up and, with 1.5 hours remaining of the clinic being open, no one ever called me back. I am convinced I would have been on hold until the clinic closed. I am a doctor myself, and I was genuinely shocked by how this situation was handled. Regardless of a patient's background, someone reporting significant bleeding and dizziness should be treated with compassion and have their concerns promptly escalated to a clinician. No patient should be made to feel ignored when seeking guidance about potentially serious symptoms. I sincerely hope Midwest Express Clinic reviews its telephone triage process and provides additional training to front desk staff and Dominique at this location. I am fine with holding, or even having staff call me back because I know how busy urgent cares can get, but being blatantly ignored by two locations is unacceptable.
If I could I will give them 0 for service in this place 3339 N.Harlem av.Chicago,Il 60634 Monday 07.27.2026 I walk in to see doctor for little thing, nothing major but need doctor.Lady in front desk JESSICA wanted my credit card or debit card to keep in file for charging service if my insurance MEDICARE not paying bill,If I don't give CC or DC I need to pay service and if I not paying I can't see doctor Basically she denied service for someone who needs doctor help, even if you have insurance People STAY AWAY FROM MIDWEST EXPRESS CLINIC NOT GOOD PLACE FOR PEOPLE WHO NEED MEDICAL HELP.
Staff were amazing! I had to wait for a while, but completely understand that they were super busy today. They kept coming in and offering me water and apologizing, which was so kind!! The provider was amazing too, made it quick and made me feel super comfortable even when I was nervous! Overall an incredible experience and every person I interacted with was AMAZING!! I know it must be a hectic job, but everyone took the time to be kind and helpful and I really appreciated that.
Staff very polite and appreciative. Wait time could have been less than 2 hrs. But still a good experience.
Everyone is very nice and accommodating. No long wait time The visit was short smooth and pleasant
Avoid going here. They were incompetent about medicine allergies. I was in on 7/12/26 at around 4:30pm. I provided my food and medicine allergies to the nurse who wrote them on a sticky note. The PA suggested I get a vaccine and I asked them to make sure the vaccine doesn’t contain anything I’m allergic to. They confirmed it did not. I then asked them to double check one of my allergies. Well it turns out the one they were going to give me DOES have an allergen in it. They had another version to give me that doesn’t have issues. I then asked them to double check a different allergy ingredient and the version they changed to has that ingredient after all. If I wasn’t persistent, they would’ve given me a major allergic reaction. They sent me off and told me to follow up with a primary care doc. Complete waste of time and money.
Couldn’t ask for anything more. they were quick, helpful, and friendly
Amazing staff. Everyone took such great care of me.
Great friendly staff
I appreciate when the staff takes their time and explains everything and doesn't rush you. It means a lot especially if you have concerns you don't understand. It makes you feel cared for. Thanks again!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
