I had such a great experience here. A special thanks to Dr. Mev who took her time with me, answered my many questions, and put much of my concerns at ease. I was seen promptly with a walk-in, and everyone was incredibly kind. Very thankful for your service and kindness.<br><br>Update 3/8: After being turned away from what I thought was my primary physician, Midwest Express Clinic once again came to my rescue and booked me for an appointment right away. I got the lab work I needed, and once again, everyone, from the nurse to Dr. Mev to the phlebotomist, were all so incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. Thank you for coming through.

Not only was this 1 of 2 &#39;Urgent Care clinics&#39; ,within a 3 mile area, to answer my 7 phone calls, this location was able to see me immediately, with easy online checkin, unlike the other one, that was $40 more for a standard visit, but a 24 hour later availability, and a warning that the waiting room will take at-least 1 hour upon arrival. <br><br>I had a sleepy-fever for 5 days, thought I<br>Had fever blisters. For $170, very skilled and analytical NP Claudio diagnosed me that I instead had Impetigo, confirmed I did NOT have the flu or COVID then prescribed me great ointment!<br><br>This clinic is great, fast, clean, thorough and friendly!<br><br>Hell of a great first impression <br><br>Highly<br>Recommend

I personally thought these were the kindest nurses, PAs and admins I've ever come across at an Urgent Care! They were so helpful, patient and kind. Would absolutely recommend using them if an Urgent Care visit is needed.

Super fast and was able to come in same day. Nurse practitioner was great and very knowledgeable. She explained everything really well. Was able to be treated for an ear infection and back out the door quickly. Will absolutely be back, but hopefully won't need to be

Quick, efficient and thorough. I even came early and because I registered everything online, they took me in early. I recommend a morning appointment.

So so here's the deal. My partner and I were making dinner for a friend and everything was going great we're making some type of spaghetti type dish except with different noodles like a rigatoni. Period. So then my partner is doing some dishes and suddenly she slices her hand open via a tomato can. I didn't know what was going on she said while this cuts really deep and serious well I could just tell that it was serious by her tone of voice. Then she said to get the first aid kit. And no nurse here I wasn't sure what I was doing when I saw how deep the cut was I didn't know if it was something that would require medical assistance or not. My first thought was I fucking hate the ER so let's just put a Band-Aid on that thing. But when our friend came over they clearly saw that we need to go to that walk-in clinic. And well luckily this walk-in clinic was open. So we put the pedal to the metal and we went that way and luckily my partner got in ASAP rocky...Usually these places take forever but this place was super fast although we were not allowed to wait in the waiting room because I think of Covid but we did get some suckers to go. Anyways my partner got stitched up and we got to head out of there and go home thank God that they could stick my partner up because she was about to bleed to death. Thank you so much Midwest clinic.

The staff is very nice and they will get you in & out. I would recommend anyone to come here for urgent care.

My experience was great starting with the customer service at the front desk. I had questions with registering and it was a quick response to my answers. I recommend sign up for your appointment online with minimum wait once you get there. The whole staff was nice and patient. They cared for you and the appointment did not feel rushed. They also ask if you want to do a follow up. I highly recommend them instead of going to the ER and sitting all day. Make an appointment with this urgent care and get in and out.
