Xiomaria was very friendly and helpful during my visit 👍
I am a new patient since may 1st I have seen three different nurse practitioners in my three visits and every time I receive excellent professional care and service. From front of the house to back of the house. Shout out to Emma, Rose, and Sarah you ladies are amazing.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I visited this clinic last October because I was urinating a large amount of blood, had a fever, and was experiencing severe chills. I arrived at approximately 6:58 p.m. Before being seen, I asked multiple times whether they accepted my insurance and each time I was told they did. After being taken back, I provided a urine sample around 7:10–7:20 p.m. I then waited in the exam room in pain until around 8:00 p.m., just as the clinic was closing. During that time, I tried several times to get a nurse's attention so I could ask for an update. However, whenever I saw staff members, they seemed to avoid stopping to speak with me, and I was unable to get anyone to answer my questions despite my repeated attempts. Instead of receiving any further evaluation or treatment, I was simply told they were closing and that they couldn't determine what was wrong based on my urine sample. I left with a completely blank visit summary and no diagnosis, despite waiting an entire hour. I wish they had simply told me they were unable to evaluate me further and directed me to the emergency room or another facility while there was still time, rather than having me wait until closing only to send me home without answers or treatment. It felt as though my care was cut short because the clinic was closing, rather than because a thorough evaluation had been completed. Afterward, I began receiving calls from the clinic claiming I had an unpaid balance. I repeatedly explained that I had provided my insurance information at the time of my visit. Each time, they apologized, acknowledged the issue, and assured me I would not be contacted again. Despite those assurances, I am now being pursued by a debt collection agency for this bill. Based on how my care and billing were handled, I found the clinic's actions to be unprofessional. I was repeatedly told the issue had been resolved, yet my account was still sent to collections.
There wasn't a line on Sunday so virtually no wait which was great, however they do not have their X-Rays running or something and they said the only location nearby that can run X-Rays is Wicker Park so we would have to go there... just something to keep in mind if you are worried about any broken bones

Amazing doctors and nurses, saved my mum's life yesterday, saw us right away, called ambulance promptly! Wish every place had people like this who actually care and are true professionals!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
