My experience was great starting with the customer service at the front desk. I had questions with registering and it was a quick response to my answers. I recommend sign up for your appointment online with minimum wait once you get there. The whole staff was nice and patient. They cared for you and the appointment did not feel rushed. They also ask if you want to do a follow up. I highly recommend them instead of going to the ER and sitting all day. Make an appointment with this urgent care and get in and out.

Great experience here at midwest express clinic. I was able to get an international, travel-approved evidence of a negative covid test (rapid and PCR). Reception and check-in was super easy and welcoming. I was seen by Margarita and Gabriela (NP) both were efficient, friendly and great at explaining everything. I would definitely recommend!
