There is no way to contact them to either make an appointment or if you have any questions- they simply never pick up their phone. My mother had a prescription from Dr Dmytriv and and she had important question regarding the prescription. We called multiple times, left bunch of voicemails and simply no return. Now she has health issue.Avoid this place at all cost.

WORST PLACE ! DONT COME HERE !They are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL and IMPOSSIBLE to reach them !!!!!!!I’ve been going to this clinic (every 2months) since August 2021.I have a thyroid issue.Every time after doing blood test it takes FOREVER to receive results.My last appointment was on Monday Apr 18th. Today is Thursday Apr 28th and still no results.Every time I tried to call - NO ANSWER.Last week, I called 17 times in a row - NO ANSWER.Today finally Zoi from front dest answered.And when I told her thatNo, I would not like to wait for their call, I would like discuss it right now - she just hang up on me.I called them back and she put me on a hold for 20 min.and it had been happening for around 5-7 times.I left my work today & came to clinic for my results and when i asked her that I would like to get my results, she asked me if I would like to get an appointment with doctor for another day because they are too busy!I have a thyroid and I cannot be without medication.I’ve been without it for 10 days now as no results.I paid over $200 and for what?And now Zoi said that doctor is too busy and I can go… they will call me later.I AM ALREADY HERE !Zoi (front desk girl, NOT A DOCTOR) said that I need Vitamin D & Hormones results are worse so that I need to go with a higher dose from 50mg to 100mg.I asked fir results. I would like to see lab results in an official way as this is my rights.She said that they dont have result for hormones…..What?!?!!Then, how are you giving me a bigger dose?Just from nowhere? Signal from space came to them????!!!!’And now im sitting here for 2.5 hours in a lobby, waiting for a doctor and still nobody found a minute to talk with a client regarding missing results and what is going on.What kind of clinic is this?!THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.Will go forward with a lawyer regarding this situation……

Honestly never leave reviews for things, but worth reviewing how frustrating this office was. I used to see Dr. Peggy Wang here who was an awesome doctor, but the office itself was terrible to work with. So many countless calls to the office fighting to get prescriptions filled and often never got filled or required multiple days of follow up on my end. I would have continued coming here after Dr. Wang left if the service from the office staff was better.

Doctor Mariya Dmytriv has lots of experience and knowledge to treat any kind of medical issue. Professional, flexible and hearty service, happy to have her as our family doctor. Thank you, good luck and many happy, healthy and positive patients in your clinic and life.

The wait time here is a disaster , my appointment was at 4:30 and almost 30 min later I am still waiting , this is not the first time unfortunately, I do understand that it can happen but I would highly appreciate at least heads up so I could of manage my time differently , I do have another meeting after this and now all my scendileWent to fuck itself .... Also keep in mind (happened to me prior to this appointment) I got called 2hours prior to my appointment time (7:30pm) and told that doctor need to leave and they need to move my appointment,no "explanation " was given and I bagged to get me in somehow that day cuz I was really needing my blood exams get done , obviously nobody cared , again , things can happen but in general nobody gives a shit about you here
