I am very unhappy with the experience I have had with Mindful Care. The LSW who conducted the intake assessment told the team his behavior was inappropriate and discharged him from the program. Yes, it was inanppropriate. He was not his normal self. That is why I was seeking help. Afterall, they claim to give top-notch psychiatric care, yet when when they see someone in definite need of this help, they discharge him for inappropriate behavior. I wasted a lot of time with this clinic for nothing.

This has been a life changing therapy tool for me! I live in a very rural area with hardly any therapy resources. This allows me to use Zoom and talk directly with an actual licensed therapist. They are also great at working around my very busy schedule, I can even meet with them on my lunch break if I need an urgent session. My therapist actually listens to me, explains things in a way that I don’t feel judged or talked down to, and I feel like I’m truly growing and doing better. Highly recommend!

Just go to your regular psychiatrist. They are to sensitive when it's all their fault for communicating with my pharmacy...and everything else here. Everything that can possibly go wrong will happen if you become their client.

If your looking for help with depression,suicide,anxiety, insomnia anything like that. RUN elswwhere this place is NOT it. They do not care,they do not listen. They do not respect you and they LIE above all else. They cause more stress than you come with and will make all your symptoms worse. The psychiatrist there is ridiculous and may need help herself, you say how you feel and how the medication is making you feel/side effects. They call you crazy and say your refusing to take it and constantly threatening you. I am filing a lawsuit against them,fortunately for me my little 6min or 10min sessions were all recorded and prove all the lies written ,along with emails and conversations with directors backing my complaint. While the other director showed how much she didn't care due to her going on vacation! They lie and then tell you they will fix it and don't .defamation and negligence and more here..I highly recommend more professional staff and real therapist &more so psychiatrist that are not dehumanizing and know how to do their jobs. They charge for service and don't provide proper service. Worst place of all my experiences. Do not seek help here

My daughter received great care at first. Then was told she could not be helped because she was exhibiting other symptoms in addition to her depression. She was not offered a medication change or alternative treatment. This is potentially very dangerous!! I would not recommend medication management here.

I would be giving 5 stars, if not for the pandemic and the short appointments. While Bryan Lackey is very good, I still prefer to talk to my psychiatrist face to face. It is remarkable that Bryan and I cover as much as we do in 20 minutes. It does feel rushed, however. There are times when I wish we had more time to talk.
