I had a disappointing experience with this dental clinic. The service did not meet my expectations, and my concerns were not addressed properly. I would suggest others do thorough research before choosing this place.

The office at Mitchell Dental Spa is really nice and relaxing, and the staff were polite. My cleaning went fine, but the wait time was longer than expected even with an appointment. The dentist seemed professional, though the visit felt a bit rushed toward the end. Overall okay experience, but I've had smoother visits elsewhere.

Dr. Mitchell completely misdiagnosed my TMJ symptoms, and her recommended treatments were useless and actually made my TMJ worse. Highly recommend you DO NOT go to her if you are experiencing any TMJ symptoms.

Dr Mitchell is a great dentist. I’m so glad I came here. Also her staff is so helpful and pleasant! I would definitely recommend! I give them 5 stars

I love this dental office. Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Mitchell is really understanding, very detailed and thorough and makes you feel comfortable. The front desk lady Bessie, was welcoming and wonderful. She always had a smile on her face and helped me schedule my future appointments. The have the best view too :-)

Dr Mitchell gave me a mouthguard for bruxism, I went to her practice for 5 years and stopped in at the beginning of 2023. During this time, no one once checked my bite. When I moved, I switched dentists and was told I need Invisalign because I have an open bite from that mouthguard not being fitted properly. Open bites make bruxism even worse and after looking through old photos from before I saw Mitchell, I could see that yes I did have an open bite and did not before, and my facial appearance had changed as a result of the open bite. So I had to spend $4k I otherwise would not have needed because of seeing Dr Mitchell. Other things to note- 1. She was always rushing with her patients after covid. not sure if she overbooks or if it was bc of her constant turnover, but the last few times I saw her, she was hurriedly doing my Botox and I'd rather see someone who will take the time needed for that. 2. After Covid, I kept being assigned a temporary hygienist who because her turnover problem. This temp hygienist only did ultrasonic scaling and no manual cleaning, and hygienists are supposed to use a combination since manual cleaning can reach smaller pockets that ultrasonic cleaning cannot. 3. Their incompetent front desk was constantly messing up my billing. They billed my old insurance twice and sent me an invoice for an $75 bill when hello that should be covered. Also my insurance covers 3 dental cleanings and they never even checked for that, I found out when I switched dentists. 4. Her husband creepily followed me to the front desk and was standing there as if he was guarding the door after I got Botox to ensure i paid for it, as if I was going to run out or something? Disclosure- I am not using my real name for this review, since, as seen in other bad reviews here, her husband called and harassed them after they left a bad review

The 3 stars are for Dr. Mitchell who is absolutely wonderful. The best dentist ever. I had to take off 2 stars because of the current support staff especially Bessie. I've been a patient of Dr. Mitchell's for over 20 years and she used to hire the most amazing people - Dee Dee, Ryan, Martha, Jessica, a host of others whose names I never knew or don't remember but they were good at their jobs. The current staff is just blah. Bessie is nasty and condensing so much so that I'm sure Dr. Mitchell has lost potential patients because of her. I actually had a very similar experience to the one had Sienna about insurance. It was just weird how she kept questioning me about my insurance even somewhat hinting that she didn't think I had any. I've actually met Bessie in person and her in person manner isn't much better. I get the sense she feels she's too good for the job she was hired to do. Other staff seems like they are just going thru the motions. Again, Dr. Mitchell is fantastic. Unfortunately, I don't see myself continuing to go to her for dental care.

Mitchell dental spa is the epitome of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Dr. Mitchell is great and caring. She also won’t waste your time by being late for appointments. I have to point out that the staff is also professional and courteous. The whole operation runs smoothly. Recommend this practice wholeheartedly.
