I do believe anesthesiologists go through some sort of Customer Service training. These were the nicest people to deal with. Everything was explained to me in layman’s terms. My procedure was over before I knew it. I was able to walk out of the doctor’s office in less than 30 minutes. Just the right amount of medication was administered.
