The hygienists are wonderful for teeth cleaning. The issue is with the dentists. They walk into your pod without introducing themselves. So I never know their names and they tell me about a thousand things wrong with my teeth and make me go schedule appointments to fix the thousand things that cost me over thousands of dollars out of pocket. I’m sorry- I can’t trust a doctor who’s name I don’t even know… and this happens all the time! And if I am going to give my money to fix the thousand things wrong with my teeth (which I was just at the same place 6 months ago to have my issues fixed and surprise surprise, in 6 months I suddenly have a lot more), I will be going to a dental practice where I actually know the dentists names’. But as I said- the hygienists here are great so you can expect a solid cleaning.

I had an awful dentist when I was a kid-just short of the dentist in Little Shop of Horrors. So it amazes me how I now look forward to coming to the dentist. Not scared, no pain, the staff here is so caring and Dr. Palella is just the best. He remembers all his patients and their specifics, always upbeat, and is the kind of dentist you always hope to find. I believe when you find a healthcare professional that you click with, you stay with them. That's why, even though I live in Lakeview, I don't mind travelling to Wicker Park because I know I can trust this dentist and his staff.

The dentist was considerate of my needs, he answered all of my questions, and he was very friendly. I was called in when my appointment started, and they started working on me right away. Everything was top notch.

This place has become nothing but a cash grab. You will never see the same dentist twice and their staff will do everything in their power to rack up your billing. There are plenty of other phenomenal dentists in the area. Please don’t find out the hard way like I did.

My main complaint is you see a different doctor each time and they all have a different definition of what’s a cavity. I’ll probably look to start treatment at another place soon
