Murtaza Sajjad's Online Review Report Card

Second time I went to see Dr. Murtaza but for a different issue. I have had this problem since March. I had constant pain and lethargy. Pain pills and muscle relaxers were not helping. One painful part of my body was affecting my whole body and mind. Of course I know its all connected. But I just want to say I am very impressed and amazed at the quick results after being treated by Dr. Murtaza.I highly recommend him.Pain and swelling gone and I feel well and energetic again. Can do my activities of daily living and have a good sense of well being.Thank you again Dr. Murtaza

Excellent Doctor, highly recommend him, he has treated me with 2 different conditions and has relief my pain, of course as a patient I also have to follow directions on treatment. Also Drs staff are amazing, so friendly and polite. Location it's so convenient on the West loop.

Great physician I strongly recommend Dr Murtaza in 18 years of chronic pain he is the only one who has help me to keep my pain under control.

Dr. Sajjad Murtaza has been my doctor for around 5 years and has been such a blessing in my life! I would fly across the Nation if I had to see him! When I first met him, I could barely walk, I was in immense pain, and another Neuro Dr. had me on some questionable meds that had endangered my well being. Dr. Murtaza was able to right the ship and get be back to acceptable level of health. Without him, I would not being able to function everyday without pain. He treats you as a human. He listens and wants to get to the root of the problem, rather than throwing medication at patient. He thinks outside the box and utilize all the tools out there to help his patients. He doesn't treat you like a number or money assembly line. He cares and takes the time. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone seeking assistance for pain management or anyone needing answers when no on else seems to be able to find any. Thank you, Dr. Murtaza!

Fot the foolio who posted “shady and only after the money”; please... this couldn’t be further from the truth. However, you’re welcome to your First Amendment Right to disparage someone. Murtaza and his staff really go the extra mile to help you achieve your health goals and work with you proactively within the confines of your condition to make the situation mutually agreeable for you and your situation while also striving for AND achieving results. I am proud to have him as my health consultant and will continue to send those in need his way and to personally utilize he and his clinic in the future.

I have been a pain patient of Dr. Murtaza's for about 20 years now. I am very experience pain patient, I have had serval pain doctors before I refer to him. I have never met a doctor who is more creative in his thinking, I was so happy to find him. He always has a plan A,B, C and D no matter how challenging the diagnosis might be. He is amazing with patients he has great people skills and a great bed side manner. I am very grateful to have him as mum doctor. I always thank him for being there , he makes a huge difference in my wellbeing.

I most highly recommend Dr. Murtaza. I have been a long time patient of his, he is an excellent physician and every time I've had to have a procedure done I have gotten good results. He is both kind and understanding. More over he is generous and you know he is not out for the money. I know that because one of my procedure was considered experimental and he absorbed it with out charging me. He was always up front about the cost of things, he knew I was going through financial difficulties and thus is were empathy comes in. He always provides more than one option for treatment.

Dr Murtaza has been my MD for 20 yrs. He Is one of the best Dr’s that I’ve ever had. The only one that comes close is the DR who referred me to him. He is an incredibly special doctor. He sincerely wants to help! You can see it in his caring & determination. But what really makes him unique is his ability to think outside the box. It’s a challenge to him Because he cares. I expect him to come up with a new treatment on his own one day. I’ve followed him wherever he’s been & in between places I have not done well. There are groups of us who know what a difference he makes.When he leaves a place to go to his next step up he is missed so badly. I don’t immediately think of being a DR & being joyful in quite the same realm. But he truly is joyful. He gets excited when he finds a new RX some thing that will work; a new possibility such as combining 2 different RX’s based on the best in both & then tailoring this to his patients needs. His students & patients are lucky to haVe him.

Superb. Smart. Efficient. Kind. And did the job well.
