Dr. Pavluri is a remarkable therapist. As a firm believer in the value of counseling, and as an “experienced patient”, I admire the approaches that she takes during our sessions. She is both a scientist and a “talker”. Attentive and knowledgeable, while caring and mindful. I appreciate her use of “hand-drawn” visual aids as reminders of our discussions that I use to reinforce my feelings and ideas about some of the topics that we discuss every week. It will be obvious when meeting her that you are speaking with a brilliant, compassionate, warm and understanding woman with years of experience. In my opinion, her therapeutic style is excellent for anyone who struggles with the daily stressors and anxieties that consume our lifestyles!
Very accommodating

Very good doctor, who works with a very good team of therpaists. Helped my son with really bad bipolar disorder - its because of her that he's still living with us and not in some institution. Thanks Dr. P!
I would be very, very cautious to even consider going to this physician. Most notably, an investigation by UIC found that Pavluri "intentionally and knowingly misrepresented children's medication history" for a study she conducted. Please consider this before requesting her services.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
