List of Neil Fine's Reviews
It was evident Dr. Fine has developed a style to exploit and even plant insecurity. It's possible he may be gifted in the operating room; however, I would not recommend a medical doctor whom I couldn't trust.
Wish I could give him and his staff 10 stars ********** In 2014 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. My Oncologist recommended Dr. Fine. Im so grateful she did because its 2022 and just last week I had my yearly exam with my Oncologist and she asked if I wouldnt mind showing her intern. She said by far that my reconstruction is the best she has seen. Ive had other doctors say the same thing over the years. And its not like they have to. These are all medical doctors, they see tons of patients. I dont even ask what they think, they just out of the blue will say it. As for my personal experience I have visited some nudist resorts and until I spoke about them to anyone everyone thinks they are real. I had a tram flap so I could look as natural as possible. Dr. Fine killed it! I have friends that have had reconstruction after a double mastectomy and I wish they wouldve went to Dr. Fine. Most look like a 3rd grader did theirs. By far Dr. Fine is the best.
Have used this group and Dr Schierle for multiple medical procedures. Their care has been impeccable. Dr Schierle and staff listen to their patients and have their best in mind. I highly recommend this office.
The worst customer service I ever met. Unprofessional and rude!
I had an appointment for a consultation with Dr Fine. I arrived at the office 15 minutes early and went to check in. I filled out all the necessary paperwork and returned it back to the receptionist. I returned back to my seat. As I was sitting there everyone that walked through the door was called in or greeted immediately to be taken to the back. I continued to sit there and was treated as though I was invisible. I sat there for 45 minutes and no one said anything to me or explained that they were running behind schedule. It was at least 4 different women working at the front desks. I stayed another 15 minutes and still no one said anything to me. I decided to leave and I told one of the receptionist that sat at the front desk that I was leaving. She never asked any questions or shown any concerns. I will never go back there again. One thing for sure, Dr. Fine needs to check on his employees because they are unprofessional or just don't care about certain people. Smh 👎
I am always shy to post personal information on here but wanted to say how great Dr. Fine and his staff are. Lexi is (and Michelle too!) wonderfully supportive. Barb is great on the front end of things. I have had FIVE surgeries with Dr. Fine and I would recommend him to anyone. Feeling thankful. ?? ?? ??
I am a cancer patient of Dr. Fine. After his surgery my implants were bottoming out. I went into see him and asked can you fix this. He said yes. Great can you do it in the office or minimal surgery. He said "NO, But what is one more cut/scar".. Maybe not to him because its money each time he cuts.. His work is terrible. His Nurse (Michelle) are even worse.. Do NOT trust your body to this man.. I cry almost everyday when I look at how he has disabled me. Run and I mean Run far away from him!!!
If you are reading these reviews in search of an excellent breast surgeon, look no further. Dr. Neil Fine is by far THE best surgeon one could have—10 stars to be accurate. I had two ruptured implants that needed to be skillfully removed and replaced. During my initial consultation, Dr. Fine clarified the situation, listened patiently and calmly to my every concern, explained thoroughly what my options were and, most importantly, reassured me that all would be well, and I would love the end result. He was correct on all counts. Following his clear directives, ten days later, I felt great. Six weeks later, I feel terrific and “the twins” look terrific, too! His staff at Northwestern Specialists in Plastic Surgery excel as well. Kendall made every effort to not only schedule my initial consult quickly, but also my surgery in a timely manner. She handled all administrative issues in a professional yet caring way. Meg and Lexi, Dr. Fine’s PAs, promptly and thoroughly answered any questions I possibly had post-operatively. One could not ask for more. Thank you, Dr. Fine, for your expertise and kindness in making a potentially worrisome experience turn out so beautifully. Joanne in Clearwater, FL January 20, 2020
After a serious infection and “bottoming out” of my breast reconstruction post cancer, I finally found Dr. Fine. He gave me a 99% chance of a successful reconstruction and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Dr. Fine!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
