Dr. Moradian was extraordinary in his care for me as a patient. He was gentle, explaining each procedure. He showed complete focus on my welfare. He was pleasant, thoughtful, and concerned. Dr.Moradian was specific in my follow up care and has a very supportive staff. I had a very positive experience with this physician. 5 stars! Nancy H.

For Black Friday they had a special for three pack of BBLs. I've went in for two of the treatments with Morgan and I'm super happy with the results. Most of my brown and red spots are gone and she said I really don't need to come back till the fall for my last treatment. I've also seen Brittany for sculptra and Botox both estheticians are phenomenal. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love my esthetician Morgan and would never go to anyone else! As someone with melanated skin, I always feel completely at ease knowing she understands how our skin can respond differently, and she tailors every service with care and expertise. She handles my microneedling, hydro facials, and dermaplaning and my skin has never looked or felt better. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and truly invested in her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who gets it and delivers amazing results every time! I also see Jessica in which I also am loyal to her for my services as she understands my goals, keeps me on schedule, and has always accommodated my needs without hesitation. Being that she is highly skilled I highly recommend.

Overpriced mediocre service.

I went in a few weeks ago to re-up my Masseter Botox -- I just moved from DC so this was my first experience in Chicago getting any work done, and I am so glad I picked Northwestern Specialists! The woman who did my Botox was lovely, talked about what I wanted/needed and asked lots of questions about my previous experience so that she could provide the perfect care, which was thoughtful (and also super professional!). The Botox itself was painless (they have the buzzer for you to use which is awesome for someone with no pain tolerance like me!) and was completed in under 20 minutes. It has set in now and I am no longer waking up with headaches/tight jaw, so definitely works for TMJ girlies like myself. I also thought the pricing was super fair, very much in line with what I've paid before and the touchups being included the first two weeks is super generous (I didn't need any, but neat perk!). I will absolutely be back when I need my next dose! Highly recommend this med spa.

I had a corrective surgery performed by Dr. Schierle in January, 2025 and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Dr. Schierle and everyone on the staff have been so amazing about listening to my case and helping me to choose the best course of action in what I've found is a really complicated process. My biggest point of praise is for how accessible the staff is. Both leading up to my surgery and afterwards, I have never had a problem reaching someone when I had a question or needed help with something. I did a lot of shopping around before deciding to move forward with NSPS and the majority of the other practices I looked into were so difficult to even get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment. I'm so happy with my experience thus far and, while I'm still not fully healed from my surgery, I feel great about the final results down the road knowing I have such a great care team behind me.

I have been seeing Jennie and Brittany for laser therapy and Botox and they are AMAZING! I will keep coming back for sure!

My initial visit put me on the moon: Dr. S was timely and wanted to make things happen. His staff in the room works for me as they were all professional, personable and knowledgeable while being open to getting information for me about the look I did not want. Sidebar: I brought in pictures. Anywhoo, the front desk was personable, helpful and professional including my greeting to my exit. Unfortunately, I parked in the wrong ramp so there was no comp. What can improve: 1) follow-up. I didn't hear from anyone after the insurance submission. I don't know if they appealed or have a business manager or office manager that reaches out to just say here's our cost, out of pocket, or if they feel folks wont come up with it. 2) I learned fromy insurance billing that Dr. S is out of my network but I was prepared to pay that BECAUSE I have seen his work and talked to ladies for candid feedback/testimonals. 3) Bill arrived but I didn't see a website to pay online which I would have much rather alas I called in Friday, March 21st and the person that answered was less than stellar compared to my physical visit. To wrap it up, I asked if I may have the receipt emailed and she called out another email address. She sounded incredulous as if I don't know my classic 1990s Yahoo email that I've had since freshmen year. Anywhoo, I'm not the Gmail girl. We have our school email for Life so I use it for business. My point: let's not be testy like I don't know my email. Anywhoo...I, in turn, made it easier for her in this moment: Rather than spell out the school email we'll just slap yahoo on there and be done. Tbh, her response bothered me more than the office lack of follow-up once the denial arrived. C'est la vié. Yes, I can recommend Dr. S for the work seen on others and his let's get it done attitude. The ladies in consult are physicians in training but I don't care for the iPhone being the item used to take personal pictures.

I saw Jessica for Dysport and I’m thrilled with my results—even though I just had it done this morning! I can already see a difference and it’s such a confidence boost. Jessica did an amazing job personalizing my treatment, and her injection technique was flawless. What really stood out to me was her honest and patient-centered approach. Unlike other places I’ve been to, where I’ve felt pressured to get more product than I needed, Jessica focused entirely on what would work best for me. It’s clear her priority is achieving natural, beautiful results—not upselling for profit. I’ll definitely be back!

Loved my treatments here with Ana! She is wonderful at what she does and a true expert. Can’t wait to come back!
