I absolutely love this place. The staff are so warm and hospitable. I have seen both Dr. Gharbi’s and they have been nothing but professional and efficient. I would 10/10 recommend Old Town Med Spa at all locations. Especially the technician, Marissa, who is the best at what she does.

Amazing staff, high quality facility, Dr. Shazel Gharbi is extremely knowledgeable and professional, providing advanced solutions and therapies for cosmetic concerns where other providers could not. Always enjoy my visits, staff are always welcoming and professional. Highly recommend Dr Gharbi.

I have been coming here now for over a year. When you walk up on the outside, it does not scream luxury, but once you get up the elevator to the actual office it is a bright and airy oasis! The staff is incredible. I have a horrible schedule and the staff goes out of their way to be flexible and accommodating. They are extremely responsive in real-time. They also give you the option to take treatments home to administer yourself, but I usually come in-person because it feels like a respite. Highly recommend.
