I love this place and the staff! I had never been to a medspa before, and now I've done a couple different treatments they offer and I love the improvements I'm seeing. The staff are attentive, responsive, and discuss any and all questions and concerns with you. Personable and friendly, thorough and professional! Val in particular handles my services and she is amaaazing. They have great pricing on packages for multiple treatments too. I will definitely keep coming to Olivo for my skincare needs!

I had an amazing experience at this spa office. The services I received were exceptional from start to finish. DR. Olivo was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure in a clear and reassuring way. You can tell they truly care about their patients’ comfort and results. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and a great overall experience

I visited Chicago in January 2026 and stopped by this MedSpa for a Dermaplane facial. I received a skin analysis which I had never seen before and I loved it! The esthetician pampered me and the products used felt amazing. My skin was glowing. I’m definitely stopping by for additional services on my next business trip into town.
